The place was so cute! The AC kept us cool & comfortable. The beds were amazing...everyone had a good night's rest after a very long day of the beach & sun. The pool was nice...the only thing was all the lounging pool chairs were broken. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The weather was awful Feb 2025- rain, cold, constant wind. Warmer blankets for the beds would have been a good idea.

Perfect location, quiet, clean for our visit for the Whooping Crane Festival. Also, the staff was very responsive!

Found mouse droppings while we were there. Didn’t see any mice, but the 2nd day there were droppings on the toilet seat so I’m sure they weren’t there before.

It's our second time staying at the Shark's Key and we were absolutely happy with with everything during our stay! Location is absolutely perfect, house is super clean and comfortable, pool is a great bonus! Will definitely book again, it became our home away from home!

Could use basic cleaning supplies, broom, dustpan for personal cleaning/ sand, counter cleaning spray, 409 or similar to clean after cooking. Possibly a few more dish towels. Overall, everything was great.

Beautiful interior, great floor plan layout, large balconies, porches at all bedrooms, location excellent as well. Most important, it was very clean.

Couldn’t figure out the TV. There were 5 remotes and no instructions on how to operate any of them. The master bedroom door to the porch we could not unlock the top lock. We tried to get it open but couldn’t. There was no binder in the house that gave instructions on say the TVs or garbage cans or passwords. Had to keep looking back at the multiple emails to find answers. Would have been nice to have it in a binder like other places I have stayed.

The water pressure in the shower but thats the whole Island.

The house was spacious comfortable especially the beds!! Kitchen was stocked and the restrooms had plenty of towels. Love the pool was warm and relaxing. Kids loved the slide.

When we arrived, there was NO toilet paper in the unit. 3 bathrooms/6 people and NO toilet paper. It took an hour on the phone and 3 hours waiting to get toilet paper.

Felt poorly maintained. Leaking sink, squeaky bunk bed. Lack of rugs to clean sand off feet. Uncomfortable couch in living room and out on porch. Not enough trash bags or dish soap was provided.

There was dog poop on the downstairs balcony, string chesse wrappers left on the floor, no coffee filters, and the front door was very hard to open and close. The TV in the living room and the upstairs master bedroom can use the living room remote. The master bedroom downstairs TV only had 3 channels. The bunk bedroom did not have a TV.

Location was great for the beach, souvenir shops, piers, and lots of food options to select from. The pool was amazing and only 4ft deep. Kitchen had a good selection of pans and cooking utensils. There was security driving around every couple of hours. The home over all was comfortable and we had a good stay.
