Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Lack of a comfortable stuffed chair for reading. I disliked the lighting. It was too bright and harsh. The light bulb choice was a contributing factor. The room needed “soft white” bulbs, especially near the bed. If the walls are bright white and you use non-incandescent bulbs you feel like you are on display at An art gallery. You need to soften it more and give it a little more “home like “ feeling.
Fresh approach to reimagining what this type of room/property could be. I liked the shower configuration. The property was “minimalistic “ but provided the basics well thought out.

The breakfast did not really offer any options for gluten free and the orange juice tasted terrible. You should change to Simply Orange. And maybe recommend Denny's.
The rooms were very clean, the beds were fabulous. The hotel was very quiet even though it was very close to the freeway. Was easy access to the hotel if you could figure out how to make it work with GPS. Because your hotel recently bought the property, it either doesn't come up at all by name or the address does not work.

The beds are hard as a brick and the breakfast is nothing but bagels or small yogurt containers. You can do better....not even a waffle iron

I wouldn't call it breakfast. It consisted of a small basket of muffins and some bagels and a toaster. I was very very very disappointed in that. That is one of the main reasons I chose this one. It was pitiful. No cereal, no fruit, no bread for toast. I have always had those things and more for a continental breakfast. I will pick somewhere else if I have to stay again.

Room lacked microwave and coffee maker. Could not connect to wifi.
I would really appreciate a more ample breakfast with more options. Oatmeal could easily be added, as well as a waffle maker.

Price, breakfast. No hot food. Last time we stayed they had pancakes, waffles and more this time there were only Bagels, muffins and yogurt and a bowl of grapes. Kids remember hot cookies being offered in the lobby last year but, not this year.

Overall our room was ok. Had clearly been cleaned, no complaints there, but still felt not clean. This is because the carpet had some unknown stains on it, the shower/bath surround had peeling grout and weird gouges, and there was a dampness overall- carpet, bedding, air, that we could not get ric of.
Very friendly staff, breakfast was of high quality and fresh. Overall hotel was spotless.

While we didn't need it, we were assigned an accessible room. It was fine, except for the bathroom mirror. If a taller one had been installed, it would have better met the needs of people requiring an accessible room and those who didn't.
Breakfast was good. The employee staffing it was regularly cleaning up and restocking. Very attentive.

The beds were not the most comfortable and the box springs were very squeaky. Also, they were not prepared for a busy breakfast. The coffee was terrible and they were out of a lot of items.

Bathroom had crud caked in the corners. Poor shower pressure. One charging port port! It was on a lamp and you had to look a bit, before you found it. Window was horrible; could barely see out of it. Horrible television selections!
Breakfast was decent. Didn't like how kids are allowed to mess with stuff.
