The valet parking option was way overpriced and did not even offer in and outs to the their parking, which is something all valet should offer

GermanyFacilities need some update. Toilet seat had many marks and does need replacing. Water taps make loud noise. Window toward rear of the building has loud outside noise from AC. Room cleaning kept forgetting restocking coffee & cups for 3 persons staying in the room. Sheraton used to be a good name but it's getting run down by presumably cost cutting.

United StatesFirst room on top (25th) floor. Could not get the HVAC to to work correctly. There was a dance club directly above our room that was too noisy. We moved down to the 8th floor after that. The desk clerk told me that the breakfast ws $20 a day. We wound up going out to save money. The day before we checked out another desk clerk said that the breakfast was included with our room. Not happy to hear that. Got to the breakfast on last morning and many items had run out.
The housekeeping staff were very good. TRhe rooms were clean. Also, it was located near the DeKalb market and Juniors.

United Kingdomthe air con was very noisy -we switched it off at night. The breakfast at the club lounge was meagre although the coffee was good! roof top bar past it s best and the restaurant was closed during our stay.

United StatesThe pool was closed and the receptionist told us that it had not been available to class since 2020. However the website does not dictate that. I booked this hotel thinking that my girls would have the opportunity to swim after a long days walking around the city. Very disappointing to find out that was not the case. Also, I booked the club level Rim so that we would have access to some continental breakfast options as well as snacks and drinks during the day. But the coffee machine didn't work the entire time we were there and the snacks they offered consisted of one to two options at a time, either a granola bar, a green apple, or a bag of pretzels.

United KingdomOur room was very dusty, all around the legs of the furniture it was thick dust. We mentioned it to housekeeping who paid extra attention to the room surfaces, but ignored the dusty bars - in the end, I did it myself rather than sleep with it. The hall carpet on our floor was covered in crumbs and was not vacuumed during our stay The room furniture was shabby, and either needed a re-paint or replacement, not what I would expect from even a cheap motel, let alone a Sheraton The restaurant was closed for refurbishment The ice machine cupboard was empty, no ice machine The lifts are small and very slow. On one occasion I had to wait 10 minutes for a lift that had any capacity.
