Beds were uncomfortable, air wasn't working when we got there the whole floor needed to be fixed so it took a lot of time to get cool in there while we needed to get ready.

Affordable .. Had a pool kind of small but def made it work . Gym as well was nice even tho didn’t use . The back area where the poool is view nice as well . Room was great would def stay again .

Rooms were not cleaned properly. Washroom were not cleaned. We stayed for 5 days. Most of the time when we return to our hotel rooms. The cards were not working, we had to go down again and activate it. I don’t get this. If our stay is for 5 days. Why we have to activate the card everyday? I live in UAE. And due to my work I travel to Oman monthly. I stay at Centara Hotel in Muscat. It’s nowhere near the standards of Sheraton. But the service of that hotel is exceptionally best. Better than Sheraton. They don’t say no for Water. They carry our bags when we check in and check out. In Sheraton they didn’t help us while checking out. We are staying at a hotel like Sheraton and they can’t even ask their staff to take our bags down from our room while checking out. This was so unprofessional. You greet the guest with all hearts and when they’re checking out. There is no service. We stayed at this hotel paying atleast 1000 dollar above the normal hotel. I think that normal hotel service are better than Sheraton. Atleast they give water, keep our card activated during our stay in the hotel, give proper check in and check our service, and many things which are small but that small things matters the most.

The property was clean. At a good peaceful location. The staff was helpful. And they also allowed us to have dinner at their conference table.

There was an issue with the tub not draining at all while taking a shower, we made sure to report the issue during checkout.

The front desk team that checked us in were extremely hospitable, they made sure we felt welcomed.

Quick to accommodate us to a new room after entering one with a strong cigarette ordor. The new room was huge and spacious. Also, they were able to open us the door when we got locked out. It took time, but the manager really did his all and eventually got it opened.

HVAC was "moody" and air flow was too concentrated. Room door was too short allowing too much hallway light into the guestroom. Desk staff was rude, both at check in and calling down to front desk regarding billing.

Front desk staff could have been more helpful. I attended for a convention, and this was one of the main hotels listed to stay in. There was a shuttle service from the hotel to the convention centre, but on Saturday and Sunday when the convention started at 10am, the first shuttle bus wasn't until noon. Meaning unless you had your own transport, you had to get a taxi to the centre.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but didn't expect the location to be in an industrial park with absolutely nothing, IE shops restaurants etc within easy walking distance.

I think at the moment of booking I skipped information about what each room included. I desperately needed a microwave in my room. I had to go to the lobby but it was a bit uncomfortable since the available microwave was located near a small shop. So, if I wanted to warm some food, I had to wait for customers to go out this littel space.

The beds were kind of low and I needed the matress to be thicker. It was too shallow
