The offset corner room at lower roof level had an exterior spotlight that filtered around the perimeter of the room darkening shades. The windows were not clean inside or outside. The HVAC window unit did not function properly (not integrated with the wall thermostat), the window unit was switched off, maintenance switched it on, but it did not function properly at the HVAC unit panel either. This created an uncomfortable/uncontrollable room environment. The room was not fully ready for occupancy.

The front desk staff was super rude and off-putting the whole time we were there. We felt unwelcome the whole time while downstairs

The clubhouse was amazing, the rooms were perfect and the breakfast attendant was super sweet and helpful.

I had booked a king but was given 2 queens instead. No explanation was offered. The shower was very narrow and had a very high step in. My husband is disabled and this proved difficult for him. In the king room the step is very minimal which is why I booked a king. Had I known that I was being changed to 2 queens I would have booked handicapped accessible.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. The view was lovely.

Parking could've been more easily accessible. Room rate more than expected for an off-season stay, but would still book again.

Enjoyed the staff, bar, and nicely-appointed water view room. Proximity to UPMC Hamot Hospital and waterfront location made for a nice stay, despite visiting during a difficult circumstance.

Not a big inconvenience but the walk from the garage to the front door is just kind of awkward and cold and it was raining so there was a puddle we had to wade through or jump across in our dinner shoes.

Clean, elegant, great view and had a busy upscale vibe that made us feel like we were staying with the cool kids.

the dinner menu was not the best, salad was soggy and I didn’t care for bruschetta that is sweet jam, need more variety in dinner menu.

The hotel never received our booking information from booking.com though the reservation showed as confirmed on my end. We spent more than an hour in the lobby sorting out that situation and ended up booking with the hotel directly and then getting a booking cancellation from booking.com customer service.

The room price was kind of higher than I was expecting with the size of the room being smaller than I had imagined. Also the club lounge was a great perk just wish there were more snacks and drinks to choose from.

The bayside view was beautiful. The hotel was very clean felt luxurious.

It was a bit tired looking but under refurbishment so being dealt with. our room smelled a little musty and the bed was very soft.

It was in a great position and the staff were really helpful. Car parking was easy. Erie was great to explore. would definitely come back.

The hotel was on Lake Erie, so you either had a view of the lake or the marina. The rooms were large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
