Our room was hot and it took a long time for the AC to work. I appreciate the staff for being patient with us in adjusting the AC and giving us a fan to help. I hope the management will check their rooms and re-evaluate their AC's.

I appreciate the attentiveness of the staff when we ask for something. I also like the location of the hotel.

The line for the breakfast buffet was long and seating was very limited. The hotel staff was so busy they messed up our initial check in and only gave us one room, even though we booked two rooms. In addition, the wait to speak with hotel staff was very long. Any number you call just rings and rings. No answer. I had to wait in line at the desk for about 15 minutes if I needed something. Rooms were very small, but not too the point I would say they degraded the stay even more. Finally, the elevators... What a terrible situation. Two elevators for the entire hotel on floors 3 and above. We waited about 10 minutes in a line every single time we had to use an elevator. It was ridiculous.

Location and amenities were great. Pool was great. Restaurant breakfast was ok.

We booked for a king room with a sleep sofa and neither room was what we asked for The pool was dirty, The pool towels were not collected and there wasn't any left by mid afternoon. There were alcoholic containers left all around the pool area

The Staff from the Restaurant also worked at the outside Bar that was located near our room at the pool. I was super Impressed with Monique, Lee and Mason as well as the 2 girls that were waiting on the outside tables. I watched them work and they are amazing at what they do.

We booked a king size bed with guest room and did not get it. Not happy with the room we got especially when we found a roach in the kitchen

It is too expensive for a hotel without breakfast and parking. Very uncomfortable AC location right in front of the bed. I have to put chairs with pillows on them in front of AC to shield from wind.

Clean, comfortable room. Very good location. Good bathroom ventilation, the mirrow stays dry after taking a shower. Drinking water is always available.

Before I came, I reserved my room weeks in advanced and had paid the full amount for my stay the moment I reserved it. The lady working the front desk ended up charging me an additional $150. When I asked the following morning about the charge the lady just brushed it off and said it was a “convenience fee”

I liked the beach was very close and the parking was easy to get to.

Dirty, doors broken, bathroom shower broken, bathroom dirty and too small, balcony view was facing towards dirty roof. The maintenance guy cursed me and my family. There was no vacuuming of the room.

Phone was pulled out of wall so couldn't call the front desk. No blow dryer so had to go down to the front desk to request one. Coffee maker was broken.

Staff was mostly very accommodating, though they had a hard time checking us in. The location is incredible. Exercise room was nice. Access to boardwalk.

Not happy with being on ground floor next to the pool when we paid for partial ocean view. It should be clear when you book. Would rather have paid less and been on other side. The pool is loud and very unsecured being on the ground floor

One of the 3 rooms booked? Our suite was not ready and we were told we’d be refunded and credited for it as we ended up in a much smaller room. We’ve been charged for an extra room and still awaiting for everything to be resolved by hotel management.

Talking to Lee the bartender outside was the best part of our stay. She was extremely accommodating, professional and overall a great person. She was very knowledgeable about the area too.

Partial ocean view, small bathroom, no lock on the sliding door and it was hard to connect the latch, the front door wouldn’t close on its own the people in the adjoining room was very loud and kept trying to open our door

It was further down Atlantic Ave than I have stayed before so there wasn’t anything going on unless you went further up the strip. The hotel was nice and quiet at night in the lobby area
