Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesLoved everything, but it might help others to know that the shower was plumbed backwards--hot is cold and cold is hot--but that truly was not a big deal.
The decor of the lobby was straight out of the Grest Gatsby, and the king suite in the Manor was simply glorious. The bed was firm, the linens were perfect, and the large sofa and dining table provided ample room for spreading out. We enjoyed a glass of champagne from the bar, and took it out to the Gardens. Absolutely glorious. The pool looked lovely as well, but we hadn't brought our swimwear, so we'll have to try that another time. And there will definitely be another time!

United KingdomIt isn't possible to know if you have booked a room in the Tower. We did send a message to the hotel via Booking.com well in advance of our stay but we never received a response. The treadmill in the gym has been problematic every year we have stayed. This is the fourth year and it doesn't seem to have been repaired.
The hotel is beautiful. The rooms in the Tower are lovely, better than the ones in the Mansion. The beds are very comfortable and the room quiet for a great night's sleep. John gave a fantastic tour!
