I was sorry I could not stay longer and enjoy of their services, but I checked in in after midnightand left at 7 am.

Comfort of the bed and the shower were excellent. It was a long walk from the front desk to my room, but I was able to park my car close to the room. The security staff was dog friendly and helpful about parking my car.

Room was not what I would expect from a hotel in this price point. Looks like a standard hotel anywhere, there is nothing that makes it stand out a a superior place to stay.

    Nice location.

Only one location for ice on the floor and we were at the other end of the ice machine location

We were there for a concert which was right across the street so it was super convenient for us. No need for driving

Parking lot was full due to Sam Hunt concert located across the way. I had to park further away in another parking lot.

The location was perfect. Loved the river trail!

Very nice A/C- quiet and stayed on consistently. Wasn’t the coolest, but very comfortable Drapes closed very well with enough overlap of fabric to block out the light Very nice headboard reading lights, aesthetically pleasing and a useful light Like the closet lighting and frosted “glass” doors The complimentary bottled water is always nice to see

Mosquitoes were biting on the patio of the Mosaic Restaurant.

Taylor who was working the front desk when we arrived was very professional. We had an issue with our initial room but she quickly resolved it for us. Thank You Taylor!

It was more expensive than most other hotels in Redding.

I liked the location of the hotel, the cleanness and the impression the hotel gave you. I also liked the restaurant that was right next door, it was very convenient.

Long lines for check in. We had to wait for our key to get re-charged a couple times It was extremely hot outside but that's just Redding in the summer. The hotel was undergoing some construction so that didn't look very pretty but it was ok.

Restaurant next door was very good- dog friendly and delicious food. Very relaxed vibe we ate out on the patio. Great cocktails. Great Location next to Sundial bridge and the museum. Nice pool and hot tub. Easy Parking and unloading. Beds were comfortable.

The door closer broke and trapped us in the room within the first hour after we checked in. Calling the front desk, they seemed a bit confused. An engineer and front desk staff came up after several minutes. The engineer was amazing. He needed more time to repair it so we asked to be moved. The other gentleman had already gone down to find a new room and was to call us. He never did. The engineer went down and brought us new keys. You would have thought they would have upgraded us or given us a discount for the inconvenience. The engineer was so friendly and kept apologizing , is what made it okay. Management should take a lesson from him.

Hotel is next door to Turtle Bay Exploration Park and Sun Dial Bridge. Great walking area.

View from room not so much, beer bottle cap left in floor in the room, refrigerator in room didn’t work, and sorry to include this but tissue paper was cheap.

Location was wonderful, right near the river with great walking paths. Bed and pillows very comfy.

Wasn’t made aware of the self parking fee of $14 until I got the bill.

beautiful location, easy to get to, right off the freeway. Exceptional customer service! Room was clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. Would recommend upgrading to a room with lounge access if possible for the free breakfast, snacks and beverages hour. A quick walk away for turtle bay and the sundial bridge. Nice swimming pool and cute restaurant Nextdoor.

A bigger room that was dog friendly would be better.

We did room service from the restaurant. It was fine, it would be nice it you had more options. We also took advantage of your EV chargers on site. Nice to wake up with a full "tank."

The extra charge for security. Not that I don't want security, just fold it into the main bill. Hate surprise fees.

Friendly staff at the restaurant and bar. EV chargers meant we woke up to a full battery. Very walkable.

Didn't expect to pay an extra $13.00 for parking, especially considering the price of the room. That is one of those seemingly little things that conveys the feeling that management is trying to wring every last penny out of guests. What were they going to do if we declined to pay? Make us park off the property? A silly and preventable self-inflicted wound for a company in the hospitality business.

We stay here often due to its location on the way to the Bay Area, etc. The location by the river is outstanding and the nature path is very welcome.

Room service breakfast on October 1, 2023 was a miss. Half of our order didn’t make it, and the item that made it to the room was not to the specifications.
