Comfort of the bed and the shower were excellent. It was a long walk from the front desk to my room, but I was able to park my car close to the room. The security staff was dog friendly and helpful about parking my car.

I was sorry I could not stay longer and enjoy of their services, but I checked in in after midnightand left at 7 am.

    Nice location.

Room was not what I would expect from a hotel in this price point. Looks like a standard hotel anywhere, there is nothing that makes it stand out a a superior place to stay.

We were there for a concert which was right across the street so it was super convenient for us. No need for driving

Only one location for ice on the floor and we were at the other end of the ice machine location

Comfortable, clean room. Phone and tv connection, so we could watch netflix and prime video using the phone app mirrored to the large tv screen. Kids loved it!

Sly way they overcharged us. We made a reservation through booking.com for $250, but the bill came up to be over $350! The hotel did not return my message either. Very dishonest.

Rooms were very nice and comfortable

Had no coffee ready in the morning and some of staff were rude. No breakfast either. $350 a night seems steep.

The location was perfect. Loved the river trail!

Parking lot was full due to Sam Hunt concert located across the way. I had to park further away in another parking lot.

Very nice A/C- quiet and stayed on consistently. Wasn’t the coolest, but very comfortable Drapes closed very well with enough overlap of fabric to block out the light Very nice headboard reading lights, aesthetically pleasing and a useful light Like the closet lighting and frosted “glass” doors The complimentary bottled water is always nice to see

Taylor who was working the front desk when we arrived was very professional. We had an issue with our initial room but she quickly resolved it for us. Thank You Taylor!

Mosquitoes were biting on the patio of the Mosaic Restaurant.

Room was OK, location is fine

The EV charging situation is very problematic. All EV charging spots were "ICE'd" with non-EVs squatting the spots. And in addition, several EV chargers were out of order, so when one EV charging spot happened to be available, it was not working. Plus, the EV chargers they use require subscribing with a charging provider that was not helpful in remediating the issue. As such: 1) EV charging stations are part of the facilities and should be maintained properly. It is not acceptable to let them degrade to the point they do not work anymore 2) Parking enforcement needs to be done. If a non-EV is parked on an EV-charging spot it needs to be towed. Besides this, the hotel was OK, but this type of detail is a bit infuriating and degrades the experience. It's like coming to a room with the air conditioning not working, expecting to have air conditioning...

We were given a voucher for breakfast and the breakfast was not offered. We were given a voucher at the restaurant and they could not accommodate us and many others on their way somewhere because it was going to take a half hour or longer. We had to be somewhere and couldn’t wait. I ended up getting called for a table an hour after they said 15 minutes. We were half way to our destination without breakfast. They also told us $50 would be taken off our room which did not happen. They should have taken off the price of the voucher we could not use which was $75. We come up there often and will not stay there again. As members we were very disappointed. No one knew how to help the guests. Two people took over and apologized finally when I got upset that we couldn’t use the voucher. They knew how many guests booked. They were under staffed, underprepared and under served their guests.
