Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesThe price of WiFi ($9.95/3 days) did not seem bad, but as we stayed for one night it felt pointless to pay for something and not get everything out of it. Also surprised they are charging for WiFi in 2025. We also had a bit of confusion with the parking situation, as Booking.com listed public parking on the property but did not give a price. Other hotels in the area had clear prices, so this is a Booking.com issue and I'm not faulting the hotel. We ended up paying $15 for parking via a QR code system in the lot across the street.
The room was very clean and comfortable, and every staff member we met was very polite and welcoming. The hotel has a lot of charm and the main lobby leading upstairs to the restaurant area is unique with lots of nice seating and nooks for relaxing. We enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel restaurant and would absolutely return.

United StatesBreakfast is rather disappointing. You are given a $14.00 voucher to order from an individual at a cash register. A big muffin is about $5.00 and one biscotti is $3.00… just to give you an idea how much you can actually order. They have biscuit sandwiches, fruit salad in a cup, scones, croissants, etc. It’s also slow serving process… one order at a time. Also, there is no pool in such a beautiful and spacious hotel, especially for a hot summer day.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Although a bit far from central Reston, location is nice and quiet, and hotel offers a shuttle service to the metro station with friendly and service-oriented drivers. There is a convenient 7-Eleven close by with gas. Reception is exceptional with attentive and courteous staff.

The staff are rude specifically the people serving breakfast and bar have poor customer handling. They refused my children to have breakfast Refused to give children age 6 and 10 to have juice and they said only coffee/tea is with breakfast and I have to pay for orange juice. Poor communication between the manager and the restaurant. We were advised breakfast is until 11 but the restaurant refuse to serving etc
