The room was fairly clean. The shower was a little dirty and the toilet didn’t flush well.

The staff was great. Always very helpful and great at response times or answering questions.

I attended a concert at the convention center, which was connected to the hotel. This was super convenient and an easy walk indoors to the concert.

The room smelled like food (ketchup and onion). Unable to open the window to air out the room. The room was twice as expensive as I am use to paying for a typical hotel room.

The bed (king) was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. It was a good night sleep. Room was very quiet. The bathroom amenities were nice.

We went out for supper and came back and not good parking when concert or circus Goers take those spots

only down side is the price of amenities, the restaurant and bar prices are definitely for people who stay for the convenience and are billed as such.

absolutely love the location being connected to Denny Sanford center. the on site bar and restaurant is also a very nice factor in choosing this location.

I had upgraded to what was supposed to include a living area from what I was told well that wasn't the case which is deceptive advertising in my view. The tv didn't work when we got checked in front desk had to send maintenance the maintenance guy said he was told the wrong room at first. Then the wifi didn't work. Finally came back on the next day. I stayed here cause I attended a concert at the Denny Sanford premier center which is basically next door to the hotel. After checking in I noticed a Ramada just across the way had I seen that I more than likely would've stayed there instead. Next time I will overall I just wasn't all that impressed based on the money spent.

Check in staffer forgot to put breakfast voucher in room ticket envelope. Lamp on nightstand wasn't working. Curtains weren't able to close completely due to detachment from curtain rod. Club level rooms are rather pricy.

Club level dining room was closed, but enjoyed atmosphere in restaurant. Breakfast buffet in restaurant was good. Friendly and helpful staff. Dee at checkout was super friendly. Club level was very quiet. Room was clean, and room amenities were nice. Personalized welcome on TV made me smile. Server at restaurant took care of my no voucher situation with no problem. Extra security for Club level access.

After travelling for 12 days on a roadtrip with our dog, we stayed in multiple places with a pet fee renting from $25-$35.. the Sheraton is $75!! With no warning on the booking.com page that it’s that much. Also I got a ‘free room upgrade’ through booking to a king with pullout sofa… which was the whole reason we booked there -but when we got there they put us in a small ground floor king room no upgrade. When I went back to the desk they had nothing on file about an upgrade, we got switched into a slightly bigger room but still not the kind promised when booking. Also breakfast isn’t included… all in all with the exorbitant pet fee the stay was absolutely not worth it and there are other places for cheaper that are better.

The hot breakfast buffet items were cold. My room (407) had a big spot on the rug, peeling paint on ceiling in bathroom, and shredding material on drapes.

Public area was very nice, employees very nice, bed super comfortable. Shuttle service was outstanding to and from the airport.

Goof up by booking.com was very well managed by front desk. Our booking had "breakfast included", not communicated to the hotel. However, on showing reservation status in booking.com App, front desk issued vouchers without a murmur. Very spacious well appointed room. Very good breakfast. Enjoyed gym facilities
