Restaurant / Bar needed another employee to help. I went to get a drink and some food on Saturday at 5:00 to take to my room and the bartender was new. It seemed like he had been turned loose with little to no training. I got a beer and went outside to drink it when I went back inside to get another he had a log jam of people waiting because he was struggling with the register for 1 customer. After a very long wait I decided to go elsewhere to get food. Besides that, the hotel and staff were great. Trisha at the front desk was an absolute joy to talk to and very helpful. She is a definite asset to the Hotel.

The property was very easy to access and very well kept.

For some reason, the hotel reception couldn't find in their system that I had booked and paid for breakfast. They asked to see the booking, and once I showed it, everything was sorted

My room was cozy and comfortable, making for a great stay overall. Right in front of the hotel, there's a fantastic sushi place worth trying

The breakfast was the only thing. There were no other options for protein but pork. Unfortunately, we like most people nowadays do not eat pork so it would have been nice to have another option. Also we booked a club floor room and for some reason had to ask for access to it as if it were not available to us via our room selection.

It was almost directly i the middle of the airport and where our destination was. Location wasn't too far away from stores and things to do when needed.

I call to change my service to have my room change on Saturday but no one came till Monday on check out day. Also, we where itching found out the mattress was peed out from someone else and they did not change it good at all.

I booked a double bed room for 3 nights. However the Hotel gave away the room I reserved and paid for and gave us a standard room. They offered us a rollaway bed and did not accommodate in any other way. We essentially paid $450 for a rollaway bed.

Did not feel like a Sheraton. Hotel appeared to be understaffed and it was visible in the employee morale. There was only 1 person attending breakfast and that delayed food and service. Employees were trying their best, but too much to handle.

Price was good and location was in a convenient place. Neighborhood was nice.

Breakfast use to be half the price! Now it’s $20!! For only 4 items: freezer bacon (all dry and hard), potatoes, eggs, biscuit/gravy.. sorry but that is BARELY worth $10 a person. Two staff member were rude: front desk lady Bobby couldn’t even crack a smile. One rude hispanic man followed me from front desk to the dining sitting area asking where my wristband was when I had NO INTENTION of eating there simply wanted to see what the options were before paying $100 for my kids and wife. A simple question would have been: will you be eating with us today? Not yelling out loud “where are your wristbands like it’s illegal To walk thru a lobby that was connected, ridiculous.
