The heat was not working. I wasn't staying long enough to complain as this stay was over the Christmas period and I was only in the room at night, but for December, it shouldn't have been an issue that the heat works.

The pool bathrooms were a little dirty and the woman's bathroom light was out so me and my 3 year old had to use the men's restroom.

I really enjoyed the pool and beds where soo comfortable!! I even ordered room service and fell in love with the chili!! I actually really enjoyed the stay.

Now a day most places offer free breakfast. Nice to have a few snacks available. I understand Having IHOP outside your door can be complicated.

Location is great. Very much in the middle of where I needed to go.The place is very clean, spacious, and accommodating. Response from employees is prompt. I truly enjoyed my stay, I also thought the price was just right.Thank YOU.

This is now my 4th or 5th time staying here and it seems like it is now understaffed as well as the property is starting to look ran down. Doors not working properly, Sheraton sign not lit up….carpets look worn out…elevator looks horrible inside.

Hotel uses rooms to the back of hotel for discount bookings. Sheratons back rooms: dark hallways with dirty/dark carpeting. Room carpeting also dark and not clean. Details such as baseboards, need attention. Small, older fridge sits low in a cabinet. HARD TO GET TO AND HOLDS VERY LITTLE. The drape was loose and did not fully meet to allow privacy- this was a first floor room on the parking lot. No ice machine without a trek across the courtyard.

Bed and a bit noisy. Elevators were slow and stairs hard to find.

the room it’s self was very dirty. The pull out bed had trash left inside when we pulled it out. There we’re stains in the carpet and curtains and couch. The fridge and tv in the front area didn’t work. If you want wifi in your room you have to pay an extra fee. The bathtub didn’t drain well at all left standing water. For $150 for 1 night it was disappointing, and they ask for $50 deposit when you check in that is not disclosed on booking.com

Loud noise whenever the heater kicked on and off. Really loud.. Sink backed up from the above renters shower. They had to snake it. Whole room stank for hours. Bathroom door refused to stay closed without slamming it. So it was loud at night when someone was sleeping. One area of room freezing tge other hot because of set up of thermostat, and the steady breeze coming through gap in front door. Overall disappointed.

My daughter was at tmc They did give me a discount for one night, but the room I got had no heat so it was freezing, the next night I paid $319 plus the tax almost $400 different room much smaller, but warm atleast

You can walk across the street to the hospital, great location, good restaurants around you can walk to and a CVS.

The other residents were extremely loud banging doors, yelling, and running up and down the hallways past 10 o'clock at night. They were adults & seemed to have a party going on next door. They were eventually told to be quiet from staff around 11 o'clock and were quiet after that. Normally, this wouldn't bother me but I was taking a BIG licensing exam the next morning & needed all the sleep I could get. It was the reason I was staying here. Also, I felt a bit unsafe as a single female staying here because of the large gap between the door frame & flooring... there was not a seal & created a large gap in the threshold. It would have been very easy for someone to shimmy something between the door frame & open the door. I placed a chair in front of the door to alert me if someone were to gain access to the room.

The carpets in the halls need to be replaced.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, which made it very pleasant while my friend recovered from surgery. The excellent food at the Glowbal Cafe was a nice surprise and the breakfast buffet was well worth the cost.
