Classic hotel with home like comfort. An Amazing hotel with huge rooms, big hall, plenty of extra storage, working full kitchen, all amenities inside room, big coin operated laundry space, If you like central location 50m to Ocean Drive and 1 min walk to the beach, make Sherbrooke All suites your home for vacation. Their rooms have plenty of air, sunshine coming from the tall windows and great air-conditioning, plus the full bath has a good water pressure in shower and 24 hours hot water. Wifi was seamless and fast, The bed was super comfortable too. The bus 150 taking you to and from airport and 100 all the way to downtown is 50m away on Washington and 9th, as well as the Trolley A & B, for free rides all over South beach. We stayed a Full week and didn't want to leave at the end because of the comfort alone. Hats off to the Team Sherbrooke !

10 flights from 1st level to elevator as our luggage was quite heavy, 6 pieces in all. Except that, nothing is a worry.

The location was excellent, close to beach transport and bars and eateries . Air conditioning and ceiling fans were a very welcome inclusion and lift to access 3rd floor was helpful for us.

Limited kitchen facilities e.g. no tea towel and no sharp knife. A comfortable lounge chair would be a good addition.

We liked that the hotel 5min walking to the beach and very close to convenience shops, and excellent bakery and restaurants. We worked from our suite during 3 days and the wifi always worked perfectly. The suite was very spacious with plenty of room to store our luggage and clothes. Trash was taken out daily and towels replenished. There were also 2 beach chairs and umbrella available at the suite. Although there is no staffed reception at the hotel, the host Alejandro was super attentive and very responsive on Whatsapp. We had an unexpected issue during our trip and he was very understanding and went above and beyond to help us.

The room could get a little bit warm during the day, but it's Miami after all :)

Very close to the beach, shops, and parking. The hotel was unexpectedly good and quiet with everything you might need in the room. A pleasant surprise and great value overall!

Great location and nice apartment with all we needed. Only 2 min from the beach and Ocean Dr. It is a noisy area - but we knew that when we booked. So overall we had a great stay there. We rented a car and there is several parking lots in the area.

Good location, very close to the beach

The location is just exceptional, one block away from Ocean Drive (South Beach). This place is at the heart of the Art Deco district, very lively day and night. Wooden floor (I love that). 200 meters to the beach. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The landlord is very helpful with great WhatsApp communication. Thank you.

The hotel was really nice — very clean and quiet, even though it's in the heart of South Beach, which is amazing. We truly enjoyed our stay. A big thank you to Mr. Alejandro for kindly allowing us a late check-out so we could leave our things comfortably. That made a big difference for us! Highly recommended!

Location: is perfect, little in the middle of South Beach. Staff: Alejandro and Mitch are ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Cleaning: everything was cleaned, and they provide all the items for cleaning like dish soap or a broom.

Amazing location, right across south beach (next to Mango Tropical Cafe). Spacious suites with all facilities like iron, hair dryer, equipped kitchen, etc. Very pleasant stay.

Sherbrooke provided fantastic value for money. The suite was spacious, clean next to nice bakeries, very close to the beach too. There was AC, elevator. The room kitchenette was equipped well enough and the fridge was spacious too. Alejandro was helpful and it was such a kind gesture that we were allowed late checkout with no extra fee. Overall highly recommended.

Really good location on Miami Beach.

It was very easy to communicate with the host as they were available both online and in person, the stay were smooth, there were variety of attractions to take directly from the reception and when i told them that my flight is late in the evening, they were very flexible and gave me the opportunity of late checkout.

I noticed at the first day that the AC is not turning on because the remote is out of battery, but they immediately sent the maintenance and fixed it quickly

Location was great. Staff and easiness to check in and check out. It had what was needed.

It was not that clean , especially bathroom.

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The location is great, a few steps away from the beach yet quieter than Ocean Drive. Staff very efficient and nice. Just perfect!

The entrance/lobby of the building is a bit surprising at first. It feels more like entering an apartment building than a hotel. So if you're the type of travelers who like to be warmly greeted on arrival, then you may miss that aspect but otherwise it's perfectly fine, the check-in runs smoothly, you get all the information you need upfront and front desk staff answer all the questions at distance promptly and efficiently.
