It's very likely just a simple matter of personal preference, the memory foam bed didn't suit my or my husband's needs. He has a hard time sleeping anywhere but home, but we both woke pretty sore. The listing did mention a pull out couch, but what we found wasn't what was shown in the pictures, and it didn't pull out. It turned out just fine though, my son is small and fit just fine on the couch as it was.

The property manager was incredibly responsive - there were a couple of hiccups during our stay, but she answered questions, helped problem solve, and was understanding, cheerful and helpful every time I talked to her. My kids loved staying there, which they mentioned several times over the weekend. There was a variety of utensils, coffee making instruments, pots and pans, a decent variety of pantry staples and some seasonings, as well as some leftover treats from previous tenants. It felt very comfortable overall, definitely much better than staying in a hotel.

The gardener hasn't been keeping up with weeding the flower beds. This is a very minor comment! (However, in correcting this, do be careful: one of the beds had poison ivy in it.)

No breakfast was provided, nor was any expected. There was coffee and a coffeepot; that was appreciated. We signed up for living space and got very comfortable quarters that pleased us very much.

For a family of 5, 1 and half rolls of toilet paper was not enough, we had to buy more Ran out of hand soap, glad we found a bar of soap in the shower. Locking up the chemical might be nice, my son was touching the insect killer that was left in the kitchen not knowing what it was. Also the toilet chain kept slipping. We had to put it back into place to flush.

The space was nice, it was clean and organized, and had extra pillows and blankets when we needed more.

I was not aware of the stairs you had to climb up to get in it, but my disabled mother was able to take it slow and climb the stairs.

There wasn't anything bad. We did notice that a lot of the furniture seemed slightly lower to the ground than normal. This could be an advantage to those that are shorter. It didn't affect the functionality (other than I couldn't cross my legs while seated the table).

Location was easy to get to and parking was right in front. My kids enjoyed watching Disney + (not sure if that was left over from previous tenants) The table was large enough to fit all 5 of us at the same time and it was nice having the 3 bedrooms. Plenty of supplies and bedding available.

Spacious house, with easy parking, 10-20 minutes walking distance to all downtown restaurants. Our host left all the basics in the kitchen to make sure it was stuck for us. She made sure we were taking care off in the middle of the snowstorm. Thank you!

The Bathroom is not handicap accessible. Tub needs nonskid pads or strips and hand bars. Very well furnished and clean. Just not good for elderly renters. Also had stairs from the driveway or sidewalk to landing area then 6 more steps to the entry porch/door.

The home was very clean and very cozy. The stay was short and we did not have to cook but the kitchen was very well stocked if we did.
