I liked how the room had a kitchen area in it. Super convenient when you have teenagers with you. Also liked the staff, they were super sweet and helpful. Keep up the great work!

The only thing I did not like was the hallways were a little warm but the rooms were great! The Tv was WAYYY too old but we did have HBO.

It's in a great spot that is central to the city. We could walk and have fun or drive and really find things to do! The rooms were clean and secure.

Wished the little outdoor pool had been open but it was very early season and didn't affect our stay.

We went for the eclipse and the location was perfect. Big rooms, quiet and restful and an easy drive to everything we needed.

When we arrived at 3:35 PM, we were told the rooms weren't available until 4. Later we were told by the manager we could have checked in early, so I think it was a particular staff member who had this strict "rule", so I'm assuming he was talked to. The pool was a bit cold, but not so bad that you couldn't swim. There was a shortage on towels, so we only had 2 in the room for 4 people, and the towels were all gone sometimes when we were at the pool. Another thing they were aware of and hopefully fixing. The TV in the room was an old tube tv... that's a fairly inexpensive update that could be done. No free breakfast, but breakfast was good at the attached Mexican restaurant! These were just minor things. I would definitely stay again.

We had a double queen room, which was a great size for our family of 4. We also liked the extra space for morning prep where the sink was, and that the tub and toilet were separated from that area. The room was clean and comfy. The indoor pool and hot tub are quite large and the kids had fun there. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores that would have any necessities you would need. The Mexican restaurant attached served very good food, and the staff at hotel and restaurant were very friendly. We had a very good experience overall.

The suite (112) was next to an event room that hosted an event while we were there. They were knocking against the wall while preparing the room and the guests were knocking against the wall during the event. You can hear traffic so try to stay opposite of the street and on a higher floor. Also the tub drained slowly.

Our check-in person, the beds were comfortable, nice size suite, indoor pool and sauna that stays open until midnight, the restaurant, and it was in a decent location.

The first room I stayed in was not as clean as i would expect. The second was very clean. The TVs and cable could use an upgrade. Washers and dryers need to be repaired. Property in general needs work as far as updates and new hallway carpeting.

The staff was helpful and courteous. Larry was very accommodating and understanding helping me with switching rooms and extending my stay. Very quiet during the week. Nice property for Killeen.

Carpet in the hallway was loose and wrinkled, as a handicap person I found it concerning to safety of my walking.

Cleanliness, my room was okay but once you step out there was a very bad smell. 👎 I thought it was the old wrinkled carpet , not sure!

They don't serve food. Towels not provided, you have to call. They dontveven empty trash in the room. Toilet paper, they don't replace !!!

Other guests in room beside me with children got there at 2am and kids were screaming and running around their room until 4am . And the guests above me also had children that were screaming and running back and forth across the room 2 of the days & nights I was staying there. Probably a better idea for the Shilo to put families on bottom floor and all in one area of rooms in hotel. And put couples and single travelers at the opposite end of hotel on the top floor so we wouldn't have to hear all the noise and not be able to get sleep or be woke up.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very nice also. Bed was very comfortable too.

That the key cards didn't work two different times and that It doesn't seem like the late check in was communicated with the front desk, because they had to get the GM to double check that I was even authorized for the late check out with no fee, and made sure I knew they were doing a favor, even though it was an option for me to request at booking and had an email showing the hotel had approved the request

They made checking in and checking out very easy. I was able to do the late check in like I needed to. They also Included the extra pillows I requested which was nice.

Well worn throughout hotel. Grounds were in horrible shape-looked like it had not any maintenance in very long time. Grass had not been mowed in weeks. Walls dirty and scuffed, robe hanger on bathroom door missing, bathroom door would not fully close and lock. Booked for 3 adults, only towels/in room coffee for only 2. No morning coffee in lobby, on site restaurant doesn’t open until 8:30 AM. Hotel is in need of massive renovation, would not recommend staying here.
