Door had no security chain. Refrigerator made a really funny noise all night. The bedding had a bad smell although it appeared to be clean. Bad towels were so old hardly had any body left.

Good location. A bit hard to access. Desk clerk very hospitable.

The man that checked us in was very rude and accused us when we checked in of not letting them know in advance we had dogs with us whoch was not true. A nice man did intervene and shut him down. There were cops in the parking lot when we got there which was a little unnerving.

Mold in the bathroom shower and bath tub. The toilet didn't flush properly. The smell in the hallways was disgusting. To many extended stay people up all night stomping around. The staff lives there and is very dirty. We stayed 2 nights when we asked for more coffee for the next morning. we were told no, we would have to purchase it. There weren't any chairs to sit on. The refrigerator had no shelves, and the freezer door was missing.

Contintal breakfast is almost an industry standard, Swimming pools are very common, parking is very crowded, I have an expensive sports car and was very concerned about door dings, got lucky because I left very early.

The mirror was filthy, blood or food on the wall. Dirty wash cloth in the bathroom. Only had two towels for a reservation of four. Took forever to get warm water in the shower. Dog prints on sheets (we have no dog). Swimming pool full of furniture.

I downchecked the parking because there was 50% ice cover (January) including on the sloping parts so carrying luggage in & out needed care. I didn't see evidence of salt or sand.

I wanted, and got, a low-cost hotel and I was prepared for low quality but I was pleasantly surprised. The hallway and room had recent paint; The furnishings were all in good condition with hardly any signs of wear. The carpet and bathroom flooring was fairly new. Everything was clean and dust-free. Plumbing items were older but everything worked. Lots of hot water. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair drier, iron + board all ok. TV was newer and had good channels for free. Wifi easy and fast enough.

It was dirty, the staff was rude !

Absolutely nothing it was dirty. We had to switch from one room to another went down to deal with the front desk. They were very rude and made up lies and at the end of it all left and went to a way better hotel !

The hotel is really outdated. It has bad smell. No sound insulation on the rooms, you can hear everything. It had a mini-fridge and a microwave. They have free coffee on the reception. Personal was nice though.

The carpets had been shampooed, which generally sounds like a good thing. However, the floors were soaked and I couldnt put luggage on floor or wear socks without them becoming soaked. The room was so damp feeling and had tough time sleeping due to.

Not all the furnishings had been updated. Microwave was small and analog. Fridge had issues with the door seal, and the shower had issues with getting hot water. Management fixed what they could but I expect it to be all fixed in due time.

Facility is in the midst of updating, so the new beds were wonderful. Management did what they could to rectify things during the transition phase to Rodeway. Was a good value.

I was willing to give prenty of grace to Shilo for the renovation mess. However, upon entering the room, my husband killed a cockroach and found thousands of tiny dead bugs on the walls and towels. The floor was dirty with debris and my daughter found poop (from a small dog or large rodent) between bed and nightstand. When we sat on the bed there was a strong urine smell and found a large pee stain covering 2/3 of the mattress. Nope! There is no excuse for the condition of the room and we even looked at two different rooms there. The city was booked from VB tournaments so we were lucky to find the last room at different hotel. Shilo, get your act together before putting another family through this nightmare.

Close proximity to volleyball tournament. Initially affordable (but not worth it in the end).
