The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It really needs to be addressed. Many people mentioned it in the common book on the counter. Also, the shower pressure was nil to nothing. That needs to be addressed as well.

Location was absolutely fantastic. Right on the main drag. Lots to people watch easy to get to the beach.

The mattress was loud and squeaky and needs to be replaced. Not the most comfortable mattress to sleep on. There’s no dishwasher so you have to wash your plates

There weren’t any trash bags. The floors could use a really good cleaning. Could use a good steam job. Not sure they were broom swept from last vacationers.

It was very convenient !! Best view for the Christmas parade!!

Stairs weren't my favorite, but I ave troube with them.

It was close to so much and only a five inute walk to the water. Excellent! Place was clean and perfect for breaks. Loved it!

The pillow top bed was a little too mushy, the mattress would have been enough. Shower could have been a little stronger.

Great location, in the heart of everything. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Surprised and delighted to find beach chairs and umbrella!! I thought I would need to purchase them.

Literally only one issue with the entire experience so I wanted to provide feedback - the bed mattress is extremely soft to a fault where you sink into it and was not comfortable especially for 2 ppl. We actually used the pullout bed instead which was ok for pullout standards. But look, if you told me there was NO bed I would still rent here again given location and all other amenities (big shower, nice kitchen area, clean).

BEST location you can have if you like fun and action! We walked to 10+ places in seconds and bar / restaurant hopped and could always pop back in if needed. No need for a car or even a golf cart with all of the great establishments so close by. To top that off you have a nice deck overlooking the action and great people watching or even just listening to the live music nearby. Sandwiched right between Oyster Bar and Daiquiri bar, and across the street from Gilligans - 3 of the most lively places on the strip.

Excellent location central to bars and shopping located in the heart of Siesta Key Village. Walking distance to the beach and the public access beach close by is less crowded. The balcony is a great place to relax and listen to live music during the day and at night.

Just AWFUL. There were cockroaches we found each day of our stay and the property management company kept saying each day that they were calling pest control and to just use the bug spray under the sink. We sent them photos of each instance. It was 4th of July weekend and we had no where else to go. Right from the start it was awful. The wrong code was in the details to get into the building, the beds were some of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. The management company "Great Stay" was extremely unprofessional. When we tried getting a refund they asked why we didn't go somewhere else if it was so gross...it was the 4th of July weekend and they kept insisting pest control was coming. Absolutely DO NOT STAY HERE or deal with this company.

We had a good stay, except on the second day the property next door, south, was tented and fumigated with signs that said "Deadly Poison" which was about 10 to 15 feet away from the windows and the entrance. There was no warning from the host, there was no followup from the host, there was no offer to adjust the cost or an alternative. If we were not leaving the next morning, we would have found other accommodations and asked for our money back. The tenting was over the Daiquiri Deck and adjacent building. I understand that the host had nothing to do with the tenting, however it would have been appropriate for the host to inquire about our welfare, concerns. and offer some alternative or compensation.
