The big windows and sliding doors were able to bring in lots of sunlight. The condo was very spacious but comfortable.

Very old furniture, hasn't been renovated for a long time. Lots of dust, cleaning service doesn't clean well. Lots of dust behind our bed, on fans, on pictures, on curtains, a layer of dust too. And there was grease in the oven, it wasn't washed inside. And they don't wash the burners on the stove either, when I put a saucepan on it, it started to burn, because they don't wash the inside either. 1 frying pan was also in a thick layer of grease, but I washed it. Once even the door to the toilet slammed shut and I waited there for 15 minutes, it's good that my husband came from the beach and opened the door for me from the other side. Be careful. The bad pillows, they are not fit for use!!!There are a lot of biting midges near the ocean and at home, take bite remedies with you if you get bitten like us. During our week of stay the pool was out of order for 2 days. The stores are far away, you have to go on the car.For unpretentious people who don't care about old renovations, smell and poor cleaning, it will do. But I don't think we will come here.

Apartment very close to the ocean, white sand, there are sun loungers. The room has everything you need for life: a towel in sufficient quantity, bed linen, lots of dishes, pots, 1 frying pan, dishes, a washing machine with a dryer. There is also a towel for linen. beach and even a zone. In the evening, a very beautiful sunset. Quiet beach, few people. For those who like a quiet holiday.

It was dirty and tons of deferred maintenance throughout the condo. Rust, dark spots everywhere in corners, walls ceiling and missing trim.

Sudden changing temperature of the shower scaulded my daughter, didn't leave enough dish soap or bags, somewhat dirty, and definitely dated and drab, Pool was way too small and cloudy, dirty, recirculated/unfiltered pool water

The location was second to none. Gorgeous Siesta Key beach!!!

Our condo was very outdated and was not very clean. The picture is a washcloth I used to clean my feet before bed ON THE FIRST NIGHT. It couldn’t have been from dirt we brought in. I had to mop the floors. The ceiling fan in the small bedroom broke day 2. Made a popping sound and sparked at the switch. Also continued to flip a breaker. Put it maintenance request and heard nothing. My boys slept in the living room the rest of the time.

The pool and access to the beach were perfect.

The Master bedroom faces the setting sun in the afternoon and evenings which in turn makes the building retain heat and the bedroom gets warm.The main living area of the unit is comfy,but a lack of good airflow from the ac makes the bedrooms a bit uncomfortable but if you don't like 73 or lower temps.its not a issue.Alot of the cooking pans/pots were old and not in the cleanest condition.I dont think housekeeping is doing a good job, i took numerous photos of missed areas that needed attention.this reservation was a last minute re-booking due to the fact that our original reservation at a different resort got cancelled thru booking .com one month before our vacation started, stating there was repairs or some type of grounds work being done..That being said I feel booking.com owes me compensation for the trouble of finding a different place to stay.

Location...Right on the Beach makes it so much better to enjoy your vacation.No long walks dragging all your beach stuff .The grounds were very well kept. with showers and foot showers to rinse off the sand before you re entered the property.the balconies are great,the pool was great.The unit itself was very nice. but with a little updating with furniture, cooking items/paint,this is a perfect spot to enjoy your stay. don't get me wrong,we had a great time..but it is dated old Florida......but it is still very pleasant. i was born and raised in Miami so this unit reminded me of growing up in my parents home in North Miami Beach.

AC did not cool beedrooms very well but that did not prevent us from having a good sleep, beds were comfy

The location and the private beach. The building and facilities were great, grounds were well kept and pretty. Pool was clean. Very convenient outdoor showers and water hoses on the first floor. The apartment was good, comfortable with a lot of space. Even though it has not been renovated recently and it could use some paint, it has everything you need and we had a great time. It was clean and smelled fresh. We loved the spacious valcony and the view from the kitchen window. They had a bunch of beach towels and a closet full of beach stuff. Kitchen had everything, dishwasher was new. Overall it was very good and we would rent it again, we had a great time.

The condo needed a good cleaning on the shower tracks and the patio door tracks. Need to upgrade the king mattress. Also need to have toilet bowl cleaner available and lysol cleaner.
