There wasn’t anything that made our stay less pleasant. But one thing I would have preferred was not having so much geese poop all over the green grounds but not sure how much that is in control of the property.

The property is conveniently located at the lake and we chose to stay here because of the NY’s eve bash. The accommodations were very decent and our room was just perfect for a family of four. Breakfast was included and you could take that to your room. The library next to the lobby had a great view and was a good gathering place with friends. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room seemed recently renovated.

The apartment appeared dated with cheap looking carpet. All amenities worked but looked like they had been since the 70's

The views of the lake while obscured by trees from our patio were amazing, the sunset was glorious.

The balcony was not private as it was shared with the room next door. The kitchen only had one dish which didn't fit the microwave and a couple of bowls in the cabinets. We didn't realize until the third day there, when we were given an activity sheet with our breakfast, that the resort has two other hotel facilities near-by that can be used during the stay.

We had a beautiful suite overlooking the lake. The staff at check-in, check-out and during out stay were friendly and very helpful. We had a lovely balcony and enjoyed using the kayaks and swimming pool facilities. There is a nearby visitor center that provides a great deal of helpful information.

Overall great stay but a few suggestions to elevate the experience. Our room was a little musty but understandable with an older property. Maybe a dehumidifier would be a good addition. The mattress could use an upgrade and a comfy reading chair and ottomon in the room. The historic chair was pretty but not really conducive to relaxing and reading. We loved your resort and would definately return.

Beautiful lakefront location, large room, very good restaurant/bar, lovely staff, great amenities like adult and family pools, kayaks, SUPs, firepits, live music, games and books, free shuttle between other properties, and daily breakfast included.Definately visit the sister properties for a drink or dinner. All three are very different settings and equally beautiful.

Room and balcony could be cleaner. Spider webs! Breakfast was cold.

We arrived the apartment late at night and was a bit far from the check in area.

The size of the apartment was amazingly big, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the space and got a good deal at the time. Also, we like the views and nearby environment. It was very relaxing and tranquil.

The room was charming, with a window view of the lake and a terrace overlooking the lake as well. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. A continental breakfast was included - this was a nice bonus. Dogs are welcome :)

grounds crew started at 7:30 am which was a little early for a vacation wakeup. The toilet was way to low to the ground and needs to be updated to the modern heights. The bathroom sink dripped constantly.

It snowed during our stay and that made the parking lot icy and difficult to navigate.

My wife and I enjoyed our weekend getaway at Silver Birches! We were surprised at how cozy and clean the room was and will definitely be returning again! The complimentary breakfast was also a lovely addition!

Not much! Nice continental breakfast with a little protein (hard boiled eggs and yogurt!) and nice amenities!

The property is perfectly situated on the Lake, facing west so we got a great sunset. It has many comfortable gathering spaces including the fire pit areas, the beautiful library, and more. The bedroom and bathroom (at least in Lakeside rooms) have been redone and the bathroom was lovely and modern/clean (great shower!) I appreciated the option of a rollaway in the room too…
