Fridge was off making mold grow. Freezer had a melted bag of ice so it was full of stagnan water. Lot of dirty surfaces. Many slots on floor dirty and could of been swept in and cleaner looking in less then 2 minutes. Microwave shot out sparks and smelt so Some one must of put metal in side and turned it on. Let staff know issues.

Property needs a lot of updates and for some reason it didn’t feel safe at all. I’m just glad it was 8 of us so we had each other if anything.

I booked two rooms. Both were clean, but one smelled like smoke and even with the AC on, it still smelled strong.

Staff was slow to respond when checking in. Room was a tad bit unkempt (graffiti on nightstand, paint chipping, unsavory guests)

The location was ideal for where we needed to go and the room was perfectly sized.

The rooms are not clean. Got into my room with sticky floors counter tops were still dirty with the sinks having some hair in them as if someone just shaved. They took my Deposit for the stay an i still have not got my deposit back. Front desk said they would return it but im still waiting for something to happen.

My room was not cleaned very well. Also, it had an odor. I had to fix the television cable system, so that it would work properly.

there was no breakfast at the facility. This place is in need of serious renovations. Not very clean at all. Homeless encamped nearby and, use the property to hang out.

From the entrance of the building all the way to the room, this hotel was filthy. A dead rat cooking in the driveway, the cigarette butts and the overflowing ashtrays that greet guest were just the beginning. the floors and elevators were simply dirty. The rooms weren’t much better. There was dust and hair everywhere including the tub. the corners and crevices of the room had long term dirt that was visible. This was more a motel than hotel and the price was accordingly shocking. One-fifty a night and the dirt, crumbs and food particles on the floor stuck to your socks. There are long term guest at the hotel they gave the place a tenement feel. in front of the building there are squatters in an RV/Camper complete with trash. In fact, on returning in the late afternoon, there was a man passed out in the front seat of his car, hazards on, as though he were on some kind of drug. He looked in bad shape and I informed the hotel staff as it was directly in front of the entrance. Oh, and true to motel form, they asked for a hundred dollar cash deposit. For what, I can only imagine.

The location was great. It was very Central and was a hop and a skip away from everything Los Angeles.

Booked the king suite particularly for the pull out couch for my son. Pulled it out and the mattress fell through the frame. The mattress was also nothing but springs. The worst! Called front desk and I was told "oh you're not supposed to use those, none of them work". I asked for blankets so for my son. They said they didn't have any. The king bed was super firm and even though that's what I need for my back, it was a little too firm for most. But the linens were amazing. Also we came during the hottest part of the year when the pool is supposed to be open... Not even filled up. Really disappointed my son. In addition, in the king suite it showed pics of a TV in the living area AND bedroom but there was only a TV in the bedroom. On top of that, no coffee in the rooms or lobby? Even motel 6 has coffee! My husband wasn't happy with that part. The room also didn't have a hairdryer, which it advertised that it was supposed to.

Room was large, shower was amazing, linens on king bed were great. Right off the freeway and close to amenities.

Everything. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty . Unsafe the doors don’t lock just latch on the door . The entire place smells like cat pee literally. Please don’t attempt to clean it up blow it up and start over with a new plan because it horrible.

The property was close to the location I had to attend while staying in LA . By far the filthiest place I ever been .

They use this place as a homeless shelter. False advertisements on booking platforms. Room was dirty. Homeless people everywhere. Did not feel safe at all here. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel like they advertised it as. Run down. Gross.

The location and the surroundings are really sketchy. The hotel is basically a homeless shelter with a few security guards. We got followed by a homeless person as we were trying to get into the hotel. It did not feel safe at all. It also seems that some residents are doing drugs inside the hotel (we saw people carrying cannabis pipes and some rest of joints near our room). The room we stayed at was dirty and smelled awful. No room services. Our room card stopped working two days in a row. We ended up leaving earlier than planned as this hotel made our stay in LA quite unpleasant. I don’t even understand how such a place can be booked on booking, it is definitely not a place for tourists to stay at.

Absolutely nothing, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
