They said the pool was working & when we got there ready to swim the pool was green with algea. You couldnt see to the bottom of the pool it was so green & the algea was all around the pool. Very disappointing. The beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs on the thin mattress. The bathroom venting was covered in mold.

Our room wasn't the cleanest. There was toilet paper in the tub drain. The floor was stained and wet in spots, we weren't comfortable walking around without shoes in our room. The room also had roaches( we kept the lights on at all times so they left us alone). We only had one towel for the 2 of us and asked many times for 1 or 2 more and never received them. We also ran out of toilet paper and couldn't get more of that either. Thankfully we usually have some with us in our camping stash in our car.

Location was perfect. We needed a room for a good rate near the hospital. The pool and close access to food was perfect and the fridge and microwave were very helpful as well

The room wasn't that clean hairs on the floor and even on the bed plus the counter not wipe down and no washcloth and floor mat in the room but years back was great and this time it seems like it's run down motel

The room was dirty, bed and nightstand only no chairs room looked like it had been stripped. 1 towel no wash cloth for 2 people, no blanket sheet only on the bed, when asked for towels a blanket and hopefully a chair since we checked in about 7pm. We were told they would try never heard back from them. There was literally shit in the toliet and loud music constantly from room next door even when radio went off station for the night it was never turned down. Worse stay of my life.

A room was not ready, had to wait a hour past check in time. only one towel for the shower, no floor towel tub shower exit was slippery. Upon entry the tv did not work, no phone in room to call front desk. wifi sign in page would not load . The mattress was well used and the room was not very clean. No ice machine, was told if I want ice go to the restaurant next-door . Funny I was told this room was in the newly remodeled section.

Room was tired, dirty, and downright sad. Bathroom was a horror with no towels provided; when I asked for towels the older guy gave me only a bath & hand towel. When I asked for more he gave me another hand towel & said no more were available, plus no face cloths. Phone didn’t work; was told to get their phone number online & call them on my cellphone. Reserved a non-smoking room but it smelled like an ashtray.
