How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Trying to exit the parking lot is difficult because the exit is the turn lane to the freeway on ramp.

This was the worst experience ever. I would rather have stayed in my car and I did because they wouldn't refund my money. There were stains on the floor, on the bed skirt, trash in the drawers from previous customers, a leak in the bathroom, no towels, holes in the door, no lock on the front door and just the most disgusting "hotel room" I've ever been in. They also advertise a pool and free breakfast but as soon as I was checked in they sent a message through booking.com saying due to covid they no longer offer those options.

The pictures they have on booking.com are absolutely NOTHING like it is on person! It was filthy and the bathtub was full of roaches. There were wires hanging from the walls the place was just horrid and filthy.. we couldn't leave fast enough. I didn't take any pictures because i was terrified to spend another second in that room! I was traumatized @!!

The staff was not very friendly and I had already paid and booked only 10 minutes before arrival. I had my dogs and I do have 4 dogs and I let them know and they said I could not stay with my dogs so I asked about a refund and they said to ask the booking company I used which was booking.com. I reached out to the booking company and they said they had to ask the hotel to see if they would refund the money but they said no. I also had to book another room for that night so I was very disappointed that they refused to refund me especially since I didn't hold up them from making money in that room if anyone was waiting since I only booked it 10 minutes prior. I am disappointed with the service. I do understand the dog situation but could have been better service desk associates.

They said the pool was working & when we got there ready to swim the pool was green with algea. You couldnt see to the bottom of the pool it was so green & the algea was all around the pool. Very disappointing. The beds were so uncomfortable you could feel the springs on the thin mattress. The bathroom venting was covered in mold.

BUGS!! BUGS BUGS!! THEY WOULDNT GIVE ME BACK NY MONEY FOR THE 2ND NIGHT- I DIDNT EVEN STAY THERE! D DIRTY- the place was awful the carpet was so frayed and dirty, when I stepped on the little nails that's suppose to hold the carpet down I thought thank goodness I had a tetanus shot recently. Verified reviewLocation was perfect. We needed a room for a good rate near the hospital. The pool and close access to food was perfect and the fridge and microwave were very helpful as well
Our room wasn't the cleanest. There was toilet paper in the tub drain. The floor was stained and wet in spots, we weren't comfortable walking around without shoes in our room. The room also had roaches( we kept the lights on at all times so they left us alone). We only had one towel for the 2 of us and asked many times for 1 or 2 more and never received them. We also ran out of toilet paper and couldn't get more of that either. Thankfully we usually have some with us in our camping stash in our car.
