Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe large number of steps to our room and the fact that there is no elevator! This was not emphasised in the copious communications we had received. This made it very difficult for us as we are not as young and strong as we once were - it would have been nice to be warned. Staff were helpful but they were not always available. There was a hand truck there but the wheels fell off when I tried to use it. In the end we had to re-pack our stuff into several smaller bags so that we could safely get it downstairs. The system for storing luggage on our last day was not very secure - just a cupboard with a locking cable - that another guest had failed to lock up properly! The free breakfast was not very appealing but we could easily self-cater in our room.
Nice room, friendly staff, although there weren't always staff there, very communicative via email before our stay, comfy bed, warm room, handy location, quiet. The restaurant downstairs was very good.

United StatesVery noisy. We could hear other guests and staff from our room. We were awakened both mornings by loud conversations and people walking around above us and in the main room. Navigating the breakfast area was hard. Small space for the number of guests trying to get and prepare their breakfast.

United StatesThis was the cutest place! I feel like it was 1/2 hotel and 1/2 Air BNB. Staff was extremely friendly but not overbearing, well stocked guest lounge complete with fresh cookies. The room was small but very clean, the bed was so comfortable! I traveled with a group and we all stayed at different places, everyone was jealous of my choice, I had no complaints over morning coffee! Would definitely stay again!

The breakfast and snacks were not really anything we eat and there was not much choice. We knew there would be steps but wow. It is a nice place and I love that each room has a keypad lock. The hot tubs on the roof are great and the rooms were comfortable.
