Breakfast buffet could have used a little more to offer like bacon, scrambled eggs instead of already made omelets. Plain bagels would have been nice too.

I could not get comfortable in the bed nor in the chairs. U was not fond of the noise from the room above me, walking around. U was not fond of the breakfast selections.

I liked the convenience of the interstate being nearby. I enjoyed dealing with most of the people. I thought that the room was very clean.

They are undergoing a remodel of the whole hotel. It was a mess. Workmen were in the entry way and desk area. They tracked mud/dirt everywhere. I know this is a temporary issue, but it was irritating on the one weekend of the year we head out of town for my birthday/Valentines day. They could limit work to weekdays only. Also, our "redone" room was very nice, expect the entry door would not close without pushing/pulling very hard. It looks like the door was mishung during the remodel.

Due to construction, we had to take the stairs from the 4th floor to the 1st floor to access the pool.

I booked a King bed room and asked for Handicap amenities. Given a 2 Queen bed room with no Handicap amenities for the same price, not cheaper.

No soap or conditioner in the dispensers. When I told the front desk upon departure they looked at me like I was crazy. I’m still a little puzzled by that. Who was I supposed to tell?

The "spa" in the pool area was colder than the regular pool and never heated up. At check-in, the employee said they were out of rooms then complained that we had used booking.com before he fi in ally found a place for us.

The pool was very nice having a separate area for small kids, room was clean and beds were comfortable. There were also plenty of options for breakfast.

Having the bed made up every day would be great. Staying multiple nights we didn't expect clean sheets every day but it would have been nice to have the bed made. We made it ourselves. I guess we could have requested this service. Towels were changed out daily.

Breakfast was very good - probably the best hotel breakfast buffet we have ever had. Most are all the same pretty much -- this one was very good.
