The bed was very comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. Location perfect too.

First room had soo many roaches i switched to a different room. Then the second room had a leak in the bathroom. The toilet seat wasn’t even attached to the toilet. Then i saw 2-3 roaches in the second room. I only stayed for about 3 days and i was out most of the day so i didn’t care too much about my stay.

Everything, I did not stay at the hotel. The room and bathroom was dirty, there was drug activity going on in the parking lot. I ended up going to another hotel and paying for another room that was much more cleaner and safer for myself and family.

Good location. Main boulevard. Easy access to both Bayside and Miami Beach. The room was big and cozy.

The tap water was not hot enough. The air conditioner was a little bit noisy.

Clean, quick check in, great value for money, easy parking.

Location slightly less attractive but did the job for the night.

staff was awsome to work with (even though different language - used phone for translation) easy to work with. they were accommodating when I asked for items.

rooms a little more up to date, more than 1 towel in the room and also wash clothes should be in there and they were not. broken cleanser bottle laying on shower shelf, one day, cleaning lady left our (exterior door) unlocked. I was so upset and greatful nothing had been stolen out of the rooms as the doors are right on the road side.

This property was the cheapest one in the neighborhood so it’s hard to ask for more. Friendly Indian lady at the front desk

The smell in the room was really bad, probably because of sewage.

I really liked the price. It was a wonderful way to see Miami again at an affordable price. I loved that the property had free parking. I also liked that it was a block from the bay. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms are in need of some fresh paint mainly on the baseboards. A deeper clean could also help such as wiping down the walls a little more often. Also the rooms could use an entrance rug to wipe your feet before you enter the room when it rains. If you are a clean freak then this place isn't for you. However, I had a great stay without any problems.
