We love the hot tub at the Grand Lodge—this is a big selling point for us. We also really liked the layout of this unit. It was clean and comfortable. The Grand Lodge is also right next to the shuttle stop to get to town.

Allow ski storage in room. Valet had restricted hours to access skis. I brought 2 pair. Skied one and couldn't switch midday.

The room was perfect, so clean and had stuff to cook with even. The bed was great and so were the pillows. We loved the firmness of everything. The hot tub was amazing and the swimming pool was perfect for my daughter. Tom was so easy to get ahold of at the beginning of our stay. He messaged back right away. We never had any issues though during our stay so we didn’t need to contact him again.

Unfortunately, we had no washcloths left for us to use. The hot tub was small and very packed, so we didn't get to use that amenity. Heat had to be cranked pretty high to warm the condo. The couch was a little on the small side and not very comfortable to watch TV on. The bed was moderate. Walls are thin, you can hear neighbors talking. Hallway from parking lot to elevators was very cold. We were happy we weren't staying on the ground level floor.

We really enjoyed the wonderful shower and water pressure. Provided in shower was lovely smelling body wash, shampoo, & conditioner. Many multiple coffee & hot chocolate pods are provided for guests to enjoy. Very comfortable pillows. Clean and well stocked condo.

I was not given adequate directions to get to the property-probably Booking.coms fault. The address given was not correct due to building operations which had been ongoing for some time.

Checking in was confusing as the desk clerk had no idea what to do, however after I called the host she gave me a key. There wasn’t any where to get breakfast at 6am. Nothing opened until later.

Perfect area. Very clean and beautiful place. The owner was really nice and easy to get hold of. Bed was super comfortable.

Nothing everything was great!!!!

The location was great. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a day of hiking. The unit was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. We didn’t need anything but communication with Tom was very good.

The thermostat would not adjust - as if it was in a lock mode.

The mattress was firmer than I can sleep comfortably with, but that is just an observation based on my own personal preference, not a criticism (my partner had no trouble sleeping on it at all). I was unable to get the blackout drapes closed all the way, but I'm certain that should be a simple adjustment.

The condo was clean, quiet and tastefully appointed, with thoughtful touches like a large floor tray for leaving muddy footwear by the front door, environmentally friendly shower amenities; single-burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, small refrigerator/freezer and an array of cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery. We loved the Keurig coffeemaker, esp. the assorted K-Cups and variety of fixings which were provided. Tom gave good instructions about condo and local amenities and hotel procedures, was a responsive but not bothersome host, and left a friendly note with a small but thoughtful gift which made us feel very welcome. There were extra pillows, clean linens and a plethora of electrical outlets which made using chargers and electronic devices much easier and more convenient. I REALLY appreciated the portable fans, both for cooling and white noise. The nightly rate was considerately low (even with the cleaning fee) and was quite competitive with other units in the area, esp. considering this was a studio suite and not just a hotel room. My partner appreciated that the bathroom was well-lit with a retractable mirror and good water pressure, all of which were a boon when getting ready for the day. The seating area with pull-out couch, tv, table and chairs were a definite plus. The reception desk was helpful, and check-in and check-out were seamless. We felt like we were well-prepared for our stay, that we could get any questions answered quickly, and that our basic needs were taken care of during our visit.

The location was excellent. The shuttle into Crested Butte was right next to the property making it extremely convenient to travel back and forth and avoid trying to find parking. Food, pool and other amenities were great.

Tom was super communicative and let us check in early and check out late - very helpful with a newborn! The unit is walking distance from the ski lifts and is super accessible.

Such an incredible location. Tom was such an amazing host & very communicative. He let us check in early & the apartment was equipped with everything that we needed. Perfect for easy access to the slopes & a 2 min walk to the bus stop to take you to the town. 10/10 for Tom!
