United StatesThe property description said 3 bedrooms. With 1 of the bedrooms having bunk beds. Which wasn’t accurate. There is 1 private bedroom with double bed. 1 downstairs area at the bottom of the stairwell with a double bed and a sofa bed. But this is comfortable but not private. 1 downstairs room that is used for gaming / tv with sofas in it. But not bunk beds. And a sofa bed in the upstairs living area. The fridge in the property could do with an upgrade or a more thorough clean . It is fine and functional but you can’t stand an open bottle of liquid anywhere in it. For example an open bottle of wine.
Upstairs living area v comfortable. Lots of space for a family to relax . Good proximity to skiing. 5 min drive.

United KingdomWe were unable to gain access on our first night. When we arrived, the door code was very faded, and it was dark, which led to us not being able to access the property. We had to book into the hotel at an additional cost of 260 dollars as we could not contact the owner or Booking.com. Fitting a door camera or renewing the door pad would be helpful. It was very stressful after a long flight not being able to contact Booking.com or the owner for help.
The accommodation was excellent once we worked out the code to gain access. It was very clean and well fitted out. Very comfortable. Would definitely use again.

United StatesWe planned to cook for family for Christmas and the oven didn't work. Hot water in shower upstairs didn't work. 29 dark slippery stairs to reach the condo that I had to sweep snow off of. Everything in and out had to be carried up and down those stairs. My daughter almost fell carrying a newborn baby. Spiral staircase in the house was narrow and dangerous and it was the only way to reach downstairs room. Lighting in rooms was bad. Either everything was lit or nothing. . No lamps by downstairs bed. Spa was advertised as an amenity and when I went there they told me that booking .com falsely advertised that and wouldn't let me buy a day pass. . Very disappointing because that was one of the reasons I booked there. . No information was given in the condo what to do with garbage how we were supposed to leave the condo. Owner did respond to the oven issue a day after I sent the message but didn't resolve it telling us he was away. He also claimed he hadn't advertised the spa was included even though it was clearly listed in the property description..
Views although all you could see from condo were other condos you had to walk out to see views. .

EstoniaWe were all VERY DISAPPOINTED with the property!!! Wish I could say otherwise, but giving max 2 points and don't recommend this for others. We would recommend instead then booking the hotel where you have everything included in the price you pay... (1) It was DIRTY (see example pictures), we did get the cleaning service (80 dollars) refunded which was nice, but still... it was bad and we were very upset, as we felt we payed for a clean and good accomodation, which was not at all what we got. (2) FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - meaning there were many things listed in the booking.com advertisement that were not true... such as the type of beds, No spa tub, No sauna, No mini bar, the Swimming pool and Fitness cost a lot of extra (170 or 175 dollars per day per person)... This should be very clearly stated and not just be a small statement (additional fee) when you scroll down - while in the top it's stated as if it was included in the booking.com payment. Please update the information such that it accurately reflects the current state of the property!!!
The location is very nice. You are surrounded by nature from all sides and there are several things to do close by the property e.g. water park and zip lining

Also, I booked the room mainly because of the beauty pool they advertised however, when i got there and tried to use the pool, I was told that the pool is not part of the air bb. So we never got to use the pool they advertised. False advertisment. You need to be honest and take down those pictures of a pool and other amenities if they are not going to be provided. We paid our money and got short handed big time. My family and I were very disappointed.
