The only thing I can complain about is the comforter. The blanket I had was very thin. But when I asked fir another blanket they gave it to me with no problem.

A/c didn’t always stay on but it worked. Husband likes the white noise of the fan and it would shut off when it reached its temp. Also no counter in bathroom. No hangers or extra blanket in room.

All new furniture, bed, carpeting, painting. Clean and neat. Bathroom and shower was clean and good pressure. Good customer service. Friendly.

The person who did the updates didn’t use a level. Everything, the bathroom door, the hooks for the towels the floor tiles, the light above the sink we all crooked and loose . The shower drain was in the middle so as you moved you would step right on the drain. Where everybody’s business goes down.

They took the television out of the jacuzzi portion of the room and it could really use it (119), and the staff barely spoke to me whatsoever when I checked in.

The jacuzzi was amazing. Bed was comfortable and there was no noise. Facilities were surprisingly clean for the reputation. Also sufficient and decent quality soap, towels, and toilet paper. The couch was even super comfortable

I noticed there was no comforter to sleep with. They only provided two sheets. As well as the mini fridge was leaking when we had got into the room. I went to use it and noticed so we didn’t not. I also did not see someone at the desk in the morning to let know. Hopefully they see this.

Around 4:00am, the people in the room next to me were arguing, horrifically! The woman was being beaten by the man as he was screaming at her! I have severe PTSD, with situations like this! When I spoke to the office attendant early in the morning, he told me they had already checked out, and no one else in the surrounding rooms heard it/ complained! I have no idea how no one else heard this, but I'll NEVER rent a room here, AGAIN!!

The room was huge, it allowed smoking which is almost non existent these days, the jacuzzi was big and clean; and finally, the man working the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Fridge didn't work well. Main windows didn't lock, making us feel less safe. We were asked several times if we were having visitors. Even though they're was a no visitor policy. The person staying in the next room over was blasting music all night. People that worked at the hotel were often seen walking back and forth in the parking lot. We felt watched. Jacuzzi didn't work very well and that was the main reason why we booked the room. It didn't feel romantic at all. Ice bucket was dirty and the staff seemed unbothered by it and just gave us a bag to put in there.

The location was helpful to where we needed to go when in town. There was a pizza place across the street that was really good. And the microwave worked without issue and was clean.
