Excellent customer service, nice clean rooms. So I extended my stay.

Continental breakfast was a choice of only dry cereal (flakes or fruit loops) or a piece of white bread, coffee. Had a room for 4 but only 2 sets of towels and had to sign a logbook to get more of what should have been in the room. Could have used a couple more pillows also. Booking. com has been an issue, charged for 2 rooms for 2 nights but could only stay 1 night. Hotel owners stated directly to me that they would waive any fees and penalties for 2nd night not used but all my communications to Booking. com come back saying they don’t accept my texts or emails so haven’t received any response or refund.

Highway noise is there but didn’t keep us up. Yard lights are bright, some seeps into the room at night.

No nonsense, safe area, close access to services, large room, has everything you need, clean, comfortable, not fancy but great for a night or two of sleep. For the practical, non-snob in you.

Could use a little touch up with regards minor maintenance of the shower adjustments.

Bed was comfortable and all amenities worked well. It's not fancy, but meets the needs for a night's rest. Easy access on and off the highway. There is also a very good Mexican restaurant less than a mile away that was open on a holiday.

Low water pressure in shower. Bathroom in bad need of painting. Mostly quiet, but guest fixing drinks in the parking lot woke me one night.

AC worked great, so did the refrigerator. Good location for what I was doing.

Breakfast was very poor. Only cold cereal and toast offered. Room had very musty smell.

The room was dirty and smelled bad. The sheets were clean, but the blankets were not. The bathroom had hair all over, and there wasn't a shower curtain. There was only one towel even if we could shower, there wasn't enough towels.

The breakfast was not acceptable. The refrigerator froze our bottled water no matter what number you put it on. Had to bring dirty towels to office to get new ones. Had to ring a bell for staff to let me in the lobby. Added a day to my reservation and when checked in was not added. Since I paid cash, had to put 100.00 deposit.

It was gross. We pulled into the parking lot and decided we weren’t even going to stay. I went in to let them know and it smelled. It was not at all like the photos on the site. We got in our car and left. Disgusted.

The entire property needs work - repairs, paint, upgrades, etc., etc.

The location was convenient, but keep in mind that you're next to the interstate so there will be traffic noise. I didn't see any bugs (bugs are a deal breaker for me). The bed was comfortable, the TV and electric sockets all worked, the linens appeared and smelled clean.

Mold behind the toilet, exposed pipeing. I got a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette burn holes on the main cover. Water leak stains above the door. Smelt like someone smoked weed for days in the room. Couldn't change channels unless you pointed the remote behind the cabinet.

The staff was very nice. Pizza hut was close. Fairly quiet for a Friday night.

wanted downstairs rooms, not available. Toilets running downstairs was reason we couldn't get a downstairs room. Requested close to elevator or stairs... no luck, no elevator either.

I normally stay in hotels but due to the Tech game the rates skyrocketed and I couldn’t afford to stay in a hotel in Lubbock. I was hesitant to stay at this inn but the reviews were good so I did. I was NOT disappointed! It was a surprisingly good stay! The room was clean and the staff was super friendly!
