Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I have no complaints about my stay. Was very close to where I was working. Will definitely stay there again.
Very clean and conveniently located. Very helpful staff, too. I felt like they wanted to make sure I had everything I needed.

Far from family
Easy check in/out. Breakfast was chaos…too crowded. When the attendant was available- all was good- otherwise people were rude.

Our room was clean but apparently the cleaning person ate lunch in there and left trash and noodles on the counter The breakfast area was over crowded and not well maintained

2 night stay. 1st night was awesome! 2nd night, High School Wrestling teams arrived in Droves!! Elevator burned up, we were handicapped medical patients on the 2nd floor. Hot water tank went out for the last night and day we were there. I don't think they were equipped to handle as many people that were there.
Everything was very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, indoor warm pool and spa. Beds were very comfortable!

The $25 fee they charge was never refunded to my card. I waited 3 weeks before calling the hotel to see if my money was refunded. I was told to contact my bank because it was released after I checked out. It was never refunded to my account. Plan on paying an extra $25 for your room price.

Not the hotels fault, but the area is not safe, both of our cars were broken into in the parking lot. Hotel should consider hiring security

The elevator was broken so me being in a wheelchair couldn’t get to my room on the third floor. I reserved a king size suite with pull out couch but had to settle for two queen beds no couch. The noise of the train outside was annoying at first but we got used to it.
It was clean, quiet, and great parking.

Terrible roads at the property. Also I hung DND sign and one of your employees knocked and immediately entered our room. Inappropriate and unnecessary. No manager on duty when I wanted to confirm that would have been an employee had I not been in or been inside naked, he would have walked in. The DND sign should have absolved any reason to enter. I wasn’t expecting towel exchange bc your posted signs indicated otherwise. Left me uncertain about the safety of my items in the room.

Drunk guy in the elevator beer was spilled all in it. And charged me 50.00 dollars after I had already paid for the 2 night stay. Said it would fall off my card when checking out. Sure hope they're right.
The staff was amazing. And very comfortable bed felt really safe there.

The carpet in the room could stand a very good vacuuming and shampooing. The breakfast was subpar even for hotel breakfast.
Skylar, the young lady who checked us in was an absolute pleasure! There was a large party in town for a family reunion and even though one of them was being a bit difficult with her, she kept her composure and was able to greet us with a smile and positive attitude. She actually was one of the turning points of our visit to Shreveport. The location of the property is a bonus as well.

the lady that was over breakfast was questioning me about my food. she told me I was filling my waffle mix up too much in my cup, I told her it’s okay, I’m taking breakfast upstairs for my dad who had surgery the day before. later, as we’re still eating, she said, “I thought you were taking some upstairs.” I told her I am, when I’m done eating. I’ve never had someone question me about my breakfast. it was very uncomfortable and rude. very rude.
