Breakfast was minimal. Had to ask for several things.(yogurt fruit)seemed like a minimal amount of food was out.no eggs. Bedroom had no nightlight. only a desk chair. seemed. toilet seat wasn't installed properly. We have stayed in other sleep inns that were much more comfortable.

The pool was out of commission due to some chlorine pump issue. The beds are doubles, very small for two larger adults.

The location is amazing. Located within walking distance of Walmart, Cracker Barrel, Waffle House and Wendy’s without crossing the busy street. Even more if you do. Hotel had breakfast each morning, typical waffle maker, eggs, meat and bagels.

I was unaware the pool was not open, which is the only reason I picked that hotel. Maintenance came to fix a light during my short stay. The kids and I were in towels from being in the shower and he kept saying he had a work order for the light in the room. Fixing things should only happen after check out!!

One bedroom smelled horrible of smoke! The light over the sink didn’t work. They were doing a roof job so we couldn’t get handicap parking and the entrance closest to our room was blocked.

The pool was not available which was not mentioned on their website. Apparently it’s been down since March 2023. I also receive push back on checking into my conjoined room at 3 pm.

Asked for washcloths to be given when room got cleaned because there weren't any in bathroom and came back that night at 10 and room was never cleaned, bed wasn't made and no washcloths. Some lady was sleeping at table in eating area. Staff never at front desk, you always have to wait for them to come either inside or ring bell till they appear.

It is a great location. Easy on and off highway.

Our room 326 on 3rd floor smelled moldy, damp and of chemicals that were used to clean and/or mask the smell. The carpet was sticky throughout the room and the chair at the desk still had crumbs on a bottle cap on it. Also the stairway always smelled of cigarette smoke or Marijuana and the exit door at the bottom of that stairway that is supposed to be locked was broken and always open. All doors that are not the main entry should only have access with a room key.

It was close to everything including the freeway.

The entire place smelled like weed. There were so many stains on the bathroom door and ceiling. The stairwell windows had black mold on them. The microwave sounded like it was going to blow up. Carpets were terribly stained.

The room had a musty odor with a definite cigarette odor with the bedding(non-smoking facility) The tv didn't work...they replaced the remote control & it still wouldn't work. Amenities were poor for the cost of the room. Would not recommend staying here.

The pool was down. Our original room had someone else in it so we had to get a different room. If you stay here, ask your receptionist to go check your room out before you do.

The room we checked in on the first floor, 124 was grimy and filthy. The bed skirt looked awful and aged. The desks looked as though they were dirty but we realized they were just stains. The bed appeared to almost moved off the frame when you sat on it. The bathroom area doors were not cleaned. The attendant that evening did move us to a cleaner room to which we were grateful. But even the room we were assigned to the bathroom toilet was soiled. Lastly, the attendant was rude upon check-in. Another customer reminded her that she needed to check us in but she insisted in not checking us in until she was done with her side tasks. She appeared like she really did not want to help us. Also, when we told her the room was dirty she did not apologize or anything. The morning attendant was much nicer.

Although not dirty, rooms and hallways need a facelift. Hallway rugs had many stains throughout. Bathroom shower door handle was broken, had to reach up to door frame to open. Hotel states high speed internet. We could not connect at all during our stay. Had to go to other facilities in area to get wifi. Gave rating...did not meet expectation due to wifi issue.

Convenient location to restaurants/gas station/car wash and hwys. Everything we were looking for/needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The lady working the night shift, even offered her personal phone to use. Breakfast selection good and clean area. Awesome shower pressure!!

Our first room smelled of cologne, the door lock didn't work and wouldn't latch, the wiring to the AC looked like it had been ripped out of the unit and there was a used bar of soap in the shower. Our second room was cleaner and had a working lock. Bed was comfortable for the night.

The price was a reasonable rate for two people.
