The sofa bed needs to be thrown out. Did not have Elevator on my side Some of the furniture and curtains were stained/dirty.

Place was spacious Enough beds for all of us The location was great The staff were great Once they finish the renovations and get rid of the dirty furniture, including the sofa beds, I would definitely book with them again!!!

I called to see what the free breakfast was and the reservation line it connected me to. He read a page saying it was a breakfast buffet with eggs bacon ect. When we got there, it was waffles, toast, cereal, coffee, Oj Ect, but no eggs and breakfast buffet like they stated, and the reason I chose this hotel. Also, the shower door was not designed correctly, and I took off my shoes and stepped into a soaking wet carpet but the bathroom. When you shower, the water leaks under the door and floods the carpet.

We did find dead roaches inside the cabinets of the suite style room we got. We didn’t call to complain or anything because they were dead and you could clearly tell they had been sprayed for, they just needed cleaned up after the fact.

The room was dirty. The headboard had a ton of finger prints and palm prints all over it. The carpeting was dirty. There was a piece of some kind of tape stuck on the carpet and carpet was dirty. The floor in the bathroom and by the sink was dirty. The shower floor and walls were dirty. I took time out of my travels to wipe everything done as best I could. I would have rather went to another hotel but we were traveling with two other groups. It was not pleasant.

The bathroom needs more improvement. My dryer was broken and it never got fixed. The tub/shower needed better cleaning too.

The hot tub, the room I booked was spacious and comfortable, the waffle maker for downstairs breakfast was a nice touch. Overall this was pretty good stay.

A little dated. The rooms are not cleaned as thoroughly as they should be. Bathroom corners, edges. Garbage from previous stay behind furniture. Broken cabinet door. Poorly stocked vending machines, including something basic, like water. The coconut scent they have everywhere is not for everyone. Perhaps something more neutral? One of the exterior doors was broken, so it didn’t lock for multiple nights. They refused a cash payment. I don’t like giving my credit information to places I don’t know.

The location was convenient for our purposes.

I booked a queen size bed. It was clearly a full size. When I brought it up to the front desk clerk she said it was a queen…it absolutely was not. The hotel is old but has done renovations. There is still room for improvement. Walls are paper thin.

Bed was not comfortable room could’ve been cleaner. Please use tile in the shower to get rid of the pink mold and make sure the housekeeper is clean under the rim of the toilet and vacuum and dust properly. Sorry to be brutal, but I come from working in hotels, so I know how to check in some things was just missing but other than that, it was fine.

I could not eat the breakfast, it was loaded with breads, salt, and sugar. It did not cater to older citizens, and those with restricted diets. When I checked in, the attendant had an odor coming from his body/clothes. I don't know how long this hotel has been around but I would say that it needs an upgrade bad, especially in the banged up furniture and the bathrooms. Oh yes, the hallway carpet smelled and the needs to be some type of air freshener sprayed to help the atmosphere. Bottom line, if I had seen an up to date picture of this facility, I would have gladly paid more for the experience and convenience.

The location was great, the bed was comfortable, the weather was good, the availability of food and travel sites were excellent, and the people were friendly.

For the money I spend it wasn’t up to standards and I did speak to a staff about it before coming to rate it and not much sympathy was shown or didn’t even try to accommodate me for my lost. But I’ll know for next time.

The water pressure was horrible before the sink and shower. The breakfast was a continental breakfast.

There was a strange smell to the hotel as soon as you walked in, wasnt sure if it was cleaning solotion, the bathroom had mildew in the shower, it needed repairs to the door jam & ceiling, the shower water smelled badly, never got warm nor hot, the floor around the sink needed repairing, the desk chair arm was broken, the rooms were not sound friendly, the guests in the adjoining room conversations could be heard clearly as if in the room with us, there was not enough variety for breakfast

The beds were very comfortable. The room was a nice size. The location was perfect. The staff was extremely courteous, accommodating and professional. The staff made the stay worth staying there.
