The refrigerator needed defrosting from ice build up , it was making a noise so we unplugged it, defrost it the first night we were there, plugged it back up the next morning and it was fine for the rest of our stay. We reported it to the clerk and housekeeping. Dining area was out of forks but the breakfast was good. There was a couple of used left over wash clothes hanging over the shower when we got there that we removed.

Someone had been smoking in this room. The front desk told us they had no king beds available, went online and booked a king bed. Reviews states a great breakfast....what breakfast...only items out were cereal,yogurt,and coffee...

The bathroom. I wasn’t expecting it to be a 5 star hotel but I couldn’t get the door to close because it was a sliding door, and there was no stopper to keep it from sliding all the way into the channel. Luckily I was staying alone. I did put the work in to pull it out on the second night. Parking lot was a little sketchy.

I liked its position to the interstate. I was able to get on and off quickly. And the staff were super friendly!

Firstly, the tv did not work. Secondly, the lady at the desk when we was leaving was rude, she said we couldn't leave the hotel until we signed out I don't know if that if y'all's policy but my partner and I had a lot of items with us we was struggling because we had so much stuff. I couldn't go put it in the car and come back.

I really liked the customer service whenever we first arrived. It was really nice and they was helpful. I really liked the hot chocolate that was available.

1. I didn't like the fact that the two restrooms were in the small breakfast room. I think the reception hallway area would be way more appealing and sanitary. 2. The noise from freeway. If I was told by the pleasant night reception guy, I would have requested a poolside room to not have heard the freeway all night to morning. However, the awesome , super friendly receptionist lady at our 8am breakfast/ departure checking out kindly advised me to make sure I request poolside next time. I most likely will book again here for my stop over one night because of the comfortable beds and clean room and super friendly reception lady in the morning. 3. I didn't like the hallways. Dark and uninviting but the mattresses on the beds made up for it!

The remote in our room didn't work so the TV was stuck on one channel all night.

The front desk staff was very nice and informational. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was near a few different restaurant options which was nice!

Staff was asleep for 15 mins. Couldn't check in or get anyone to desk. Rude staff. Rooms dirty. Elevator needs to be replaced. No discount for renovation. Very loud all day. No heads up about renovations. Definitely needs renovations the place is not great.

The smell in the room was so bad we had to go buy candles and air freshener and that didn't help much. They also have people always sitting at the exits smoking pot. We did not feel safe in the parking lots.

They are renovating the property . Basically the toilet wouldn’t flush all the way and there was a short in the bathroom light sometimes it came on and sometimes it didn’t . The walls were thin so was noisy at times
