We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of America•The pool was very small and cold water and only allowed 8 people in there at a time due to COVID. •Breakfast was okay. There was fruit, muffins, juice, coffee, and granola bars. (Didn't do a full on breakfast yet because of covid)

United States of AmericaAfter one night we had to ask for a room transfer due to finding unclean bedding (which we had slept in). The staff quickly provided a new room and comped the stay, which was more than adequate. We did run into a heavy smell of marijuana in the second room, but we told staff, left for the day, and found very little smell remained upon our return. Also, I found it a bit concerning that both stairwells were obviously not vacuumed recently. Small detail that tells me the housekeeping staff is either poorly managed or too few in numbers.
Breakfast was better than expected with multiple hot options. It was also varied, unlike some other budget-friendly options.

United States of AmericaThey don't ask if you need anything if you want toilet paper ,towels and wash clothes trash bags you had to go and ask for them... with the money you pay for a 4 day stay at least they could knock-on your door and see if you need anything at all.. not good business in my opinion I shouldn't have to ask for those kind of things ...for that I wasn't very happy 😕

United States of AmericaThe floor was very slippery and when I slid off the bed unto the floor I could not get up. The fire dept sent 2 husky guys who did lift me up. Sadly the beds in the room were also very noisy and slid around on the floor. If you are handicapped like I am, DO NOT STAY THERE.
