There was a bug in the bed, so I had to do a thorough inspection of the room after that. The experience made me uneasy. The hotel pool was cold. Was not able to relax and enjoy.

You could not turn the TV to face the couch. Was NOT vacuumed well at all, saw finger/toe nail clippings and "stuff" on floor. Very gross

Staff was very disrespectful and yelled at my fiancé and his mom in front of my younger children. My daughter drank rotten chocolate milk. There was barely anything set out for breakfast- Warm food needed restocked and pancake maker needed refilled. We checked out early.

After one night we had to ask for a room transfer due to finding unclean bedding (which we had slept in). The staff quickly provided a new room and comped the stay, which was more than adequate. We did run into a heavy smell of marijuana in the second room, but we told staff, left for the day, and found very little smell remained upon our return. Also, I found it a bit concerning that both stairwells were obviously not vacuumed recently. Small detail that tells me the housekeeping staff is either poorly managed or too few in numbers.

Breakfast was better than expected with multiple hot options. It was also varied, unlike some other budget-friendly options.

Very clean and updated. Dog fee was $25 plus tax and they were very dog friendly. The room didn’t smell like previous dogs had been in there (as we’ve had at other hotels). It was very clean. The staff was friendly.

They don't ask if you need anything if you want toilet paper ,towels and wash clothes trash bags you had to go and ask for them... with the money you pay for a 4 day stay at least they could knock-on your door and see if you need anything at all.. not good business in my opinion I shouldn't have to ask for those kind of things ...for that I wasn't very happy 😕

The floor was very slippery and when I slid off the bed unto the floor I could not get up. The fire dept sent 2 husky guys who did lift me up. Sadly the beds in the room were also very noisy and slid around on the floor. If you are handicapped like I am, DO NOT STAY THERE.
