The room was perfect! The beds are SO comfy! The walk in shower was really nice! The location was great, we loaded up the wagon and walked to the beach. The property had 4 beach chairs, umbrella, and two shovels there and this was very nice as we forgot ours in Missouri. Tv had streaming services, the pool was great & so was the hot tub! The elevator next to the room was super nice as well. The balcony was much loved!

The shuttles start later than we would have hoped. We like to go to the beach early.

The pools were amazing. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub the most.

Only negative is that there were never any carts to haul our luggage or food to our condo which was on the 8th floor. So that is a pretty long walk with everything we had.

We loved that we could see the gulf and the condo was amazing as we the amenities. We were close to Stores, shopping and we loved that it had a shuttle to shuttle us to the beach and Henderson state park. Would def return.

From check-in to check out, everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. The condo was clean and spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. The owner sam was so responsive. We will definitely be back!

Couch is a little uncomfortable, but not horrible. Water pressure/shower head pressure is very low.

Plenty of space, clean, large beautiful pool, great views from all rooms.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. Having a cooler on site to take to the beach would be helpful. We purchased one and donated it to one of the tenants. I understand sometimes things are not always available onsite due to lack of care that visitors often have for things that don’t belong to them, this makes it hard for those that do care. Needless to say we couldn’t travel home with our new cooler but I am sure it will be put to good use.

We loved the amazing view from our balcony. The location was great. Our condo was spacious, two bedrooms and two bathrooms was also great. Everyone on the property was super helpful and friendly. Lance the shuttle driver was the best, he was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Walmart was on the shuttle route. We purchased groceries so that we could also prepare meals. Lance assisted us with loading our groceries. Sam our host was friendly and answered questions promptly.

The only thing that was negative was that there weren't enough carts.

Our family loved the view at the top, the space, cleanliness, and amenities such as pool, grill area, and the gym, etc.. Also that Walmart and Target were really close. Which helped when vacationing with a big family. Condo was great. Will do it again.

Great location and the property was as described! Condo was ocean and pool view as described. Shuttle service was an added bonus and the shuttle driver, Lance, was AMAZING!!!! He managed to make our trip even better!!! Took us to all the popular locations around the condo (Harborwalk, beaches, Commons shopping center, etc) which was a real time saver and removed the need for a rental car. The pool was heated which was great and the hot tub is large so always room! Room service from the PalmsBistro was very tasty and quick service. Our family would definitely stay here again! Very good option for the price!

It was was all just so beautiful!

How comfortable and how beautiful the entire trip was! I don't know how may times I laid in the bed looking out the window wondering how it would be to wake up to the view on a daily basis!!

Parking was challenging, especially unloading when checking in.

The location of our baseball tournament was awesome. The rooms, kitchen, and patio were so comfortable and well-maintained. Pool was great.

The apartment was clean and very comfortable with a great view. The host provided everything we need so it was super functional. It was centrally located, close to the beach and we loved the pool.
