The room itself needs a lot of updating. Too small of garbage cans in the room, they need to have real blackout curtains to keep the heat out of the room. The room space was too tiny for having two double beds in, no tissues supplied in the room, the toilet paper was like you were in a travel trailer (very thin 1-ply. If you didn't leave the air conditioning on all the time the room became as hot as it was outside and hard to cool down. Also I paid $638.00 for 3 nights and that was way too much for the room we received. I feel it should have been closer to $400.00 or less for the quality and amenities that were there. This is all that I can think of at this time.

I liked that it was outside of town in a little valley and somewhat secluded.

Styrofoam cups. A really annoying buzzing all night, outside our cabin, from the wind. A lot of asphalt around the yurts. (Lots of ticks)

The bed mattress was hard at first. It was some sort of memory foam I think, so it did become comfortable enough. There was an ice bucket in room. No ice machine to be found and the front desk was closed.

Staff was nice. Quiet resort. It’s a little dated and seems funky, but was great location for what we were doing and a lot cheaper than staying at best western in Redmond. I would come again in the summer and stay and be able to use the pool.

This is just a hotel/motel thing--I hate those wall heaters! But that said, otherwise the room was very comfortable.

Shortly after I booked, a woman called to ask me a question about my plans. She was lovely and very helpful. She happened to be the person who checked me in, and again--very pleasant! The accommodations met my needs very well. It was quiet and comfy.

The bed only had two pillows! Most places have more than 2 to accommodate sleeping styles, therefore we woke with neck kinks. Also the stair steps didn’t have any light.

Besides the saloon and the golf club there’s nothing happening in the area. So yes, it’s a bit remote.

Clean room with a lot of space, a lovely deck and a great view! Friendly and hard working staff. The pool at the golf club is a nice bonus. Fridge, microwave, wifi, etc. All you need for easy access to Bend and Smith Rock. The Sandbagger Saloon offers great local food and atmosphere.

Really cool high desert location. Trails to walk around on near by as well. We stayed to go to Smith Rock and it was in very close proximity to that.

Deck needed to be stained. Dog poop on the grass....didn't mention it, just gave them a heads up when we left.

The place is a little outdated with the bedding and carpet, but it was still comfortable. This is minor and wouldn't prevent me from staying here again.

Beautiful area! The decor could use some updating, but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The property is amazing, great pool, trails and so much within walking distance. This was my 2nd time staying here and I'll definitely come back again.

The room was tiny! From the pictures, and being we had picked the deluxe, we were surprised to find such a small space for four adults.

The location was even more beautiful than we had hoped. It was a little walk to find breakfast, but once we did, it was delicious.

A loud, obnoxious, group of about 7 men there to golf as a group. They were loud, yelling, etc. until after 1:40 in the morning.

Felt name was close to Smith Rock and it was not. Thought we were getting the whole building, not half. No food was included with room charge. For the price we paid, better even if breakfast was included.

Staff very helpful in an emergency. Liked the view. The shape of the building.
