I can't think of anything that i didn't like!

This Chalet is absolutely stunning and incredibly the most coziest, and the most closest to being at your own home I have ever stayed at! It is a great option for any age, including both adults and children! We spent a total of 3 nights here and had everything we required, and even more than we needed! All the amenities functioned perfectly! The surrounding neighborhood is very peaceful. It is located just at the right distance from the outskirts of Pigeon Forge, providing a rural atmosphere, yet still within a 5-7 minute drive from all the resterants and attractions on the Parkway! I highly recommend giving this place a try, and I guarantee that you will not regret it! Best regards, Patty

The houses were a little close together, not much privacy. Pool table was missing the two ball and was not very accessable because of the bunk beds. But still very nice place.

We have no complaints! The host made it obvious they were a phone call or message away if we needed anything but we did not need a thing, they thought of it all!

The house is beautiful and quiet. Having no in person check-in, but getting a door code was amazing. The property was very clean.

It's not well stocked for the money I paid. We were a family of 8. I had to go buy paper products and aluminum foil. There were not enough hand towels. There was only 1 per bathroom. There should be at least 2 or 3 per bathroom. Don't like using the same hand towel all week, and with this being my vacation, I don't want to spend my time washing. There was only 1 large plastic bowl in the kitchen but no lid. Had to buy plastic wrap to cover salad. It would be nice to have a few medium-sized size plastic bowls with lids to be able to store leftovers in the fridge. The kitchen could also use a glass bowl with lid for microwave use. I tried using the outdoor grill, and it caught fire because of so much grease in it. I did try to use the oven in the kitchen, and it set the off smoke alarm because of so much grease covering inside. But, other than that, we had a great stay.

We liked the amount of space and location, how close it was to everything. Loved the fireplace, especially with the cool days and evenings we had. The kids loved the pool table and game machines and also loved the hot tub. We liked the quiet neighborhood. Like the fact that there were 3 bathrooms, which was a big plus when there were as many as there were in our family.

Not a major thing but it was disappointing not being able to use the pool table to its full capacity due to the lack of space around the table.

We loved that the location was away from the main strip but close enough to get to. Even though we brought paper plates and cups, the place was stocked with everything needed to have a home-cooked meal!

Enjoyed the stay nothing

The propert was in a nice neighborhood ,the Kitchen was huge and that was a pluse. We bought food to prepare everyday and that and the space accommodated the preparation for the cooking. The beds slept comfortably and our son and grandchildren loved the gameroom and the surround speakers.We really enjoyed the stay.

Maybe more pillows would be the only thing I could think of. If we didn't have so many people staying, it wouldn't have been an issue at all. Or maybe include in the information for guests to bring their own.

I loved the location. We had some close neighbors but didn't hear anything from anyone. We were far out enough to feel "away" but close enough to everything that it wasn't a burden to drive.

Cleaning crew needs to give attention to detail. Blinds dirty, upstairs bath was not clean, had hairs still in it from prior visitors. Bathroom upstairs had no soap at all. There were splatters of something on downstairs bathroom door. I’m not sure you’re getting your moneys worth on your cleaning. A bit confusing on how to get cleaning deposit back. Some info on website not exactly right.
