Parking No Kleenex in the room. Toilet paper holder was broke off. Quilt was not washed in a while For the price it should’ve been much cleaner.

Room was very basic and the toilet smelled throughout my stay. I didn't like how you were made to decide on a tip for the room prior to even seeing it. The tip started at 30% too which I thought was ridiculous.

Restaurant was great and the bar had live music with a great crowd. Food was good although not the best I've had by any stretch on the Keys. Parking was also very handy. The balcony outside the room was also lovely.

No chair in the room, so bed is only place to sit. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall.

Cute motel-like room above Snappers restaurant. Small, but has all the amenities needed, including a ceiling fan, mini-fridge, and smart TV. There is a small patio in front of the room with chairs to sit outside when it's not too hot.

"Key Drop Box" for folks that want to check out before you all open. Also my TV did not work, I informed the maid. It was never fixed..... but the balcony provided a good view.

Loved the Location! Didn't realize there was a mirror on the ceiling..... but it gave me a giggle. My only suggestion is to install a "Key Drop Box" for folks that want to check out before you all open.

They are not open for breakfast except after 11:00 A.M. on Saturday and Sunday.

The room is adequate for a short stay. There is a spectacular view from the large balcony of the Atlantic Ocean. The marina adds a good feeling to the scene. The restaurant and multiple large Tiki bars are terrific places to eat, drink and enjoy good conversations. All in all a great way to spend a beautiful Key Largo weekend.

    Rooms need to be updated/upgraded.

Kind of outdated and crude, but was clean. It was like the room décor was from a yard sale, mismatched pieces, etc. The view was wonderful, step out of the room and there is a deck, private enough, with a view of the ocean. The restaurant and tiki bar were really good. There are only four units for guests but many locals or people on vacation would pack the restaurant and bar each night.

Room a little basic but very clean and comfortable, lovely view. Staff friendly and accommodating. Food was very good and we had a good time at the upstairs bar, where the staff took great care of us all evening, we were happy to stay here and enjoy the atmosphere.

The wall mounted air conditioner wasn't very powerful, but did the job after a while. Also you check in at the restaurant itself. So if you leave early the next morning, they won't be open. Just call them and advise that the Keys were left in the room itself. Apparently we didn't catch that part about the check out process.

Staff were attentive, location was great on the Marina with the built in Restaurant. Our room had a very basic but wonderful Caribbean Vibe. Paint color on walls was very unique and inviting!

    See above.

The room was adequate with a few suggestions. Add a hook for the washcloth in the shower. Add a trashcan to the sleeping area. I could tell someone tried to jimmy the door lock -- whether it still locks or not it does not look good for a customer. The view would be very nice if you could sit in the room or out on the patio and SEE the view above the very high wall on the porch. Outside -- after parking across the street -- there is nothing but dirt and rocks to the stairs and rooms on the second floor. Don't know if it rained recently but there was no way to keep out of the mud and we tracked it into the room and our car. The restaurant, even at Keys level, has rather high prices for EVERYTHING. Since we used to live in the Keys we knew where to go for good food with lower prices. The one-night stay was rather plain and simple but it was what we expected for the price we paid. I would give it a 7.5.

The room was very run down, a tiny wardrobe (see photo), not even a chair, the smallest tv in the US. Some towels had stains and some were falling apart. Very disappointing 😞

The outside space was great, basically in the evenings.

The trivia contest was going on at the same time as the live music and it was competing with each other which was frustrating. We had to move our table to be able to actually listen to the music. Even though the trivia is on the top deck, it is loud and carries over.

The restaurant was amazing, we had both lunch and dinner there. The waitress named Katie was amazing and the manager Laurie was super sweet. She even loaned us her wine opener so we could enjoy our bottle of wine on the patio upstairs at our room and watch the sunset!!!

The room is old and a little of that mildew beach smell. The lobster roll was a little dry.

The restaurant and view out into the water with the little guest seating area is absolutely beautiful. We also ate at the restaurant. The fried snapper was amazing,

It could definitely use some updating.

I think Snappers is more known for its restaurant than its rooms, but it was a very pleasant stay! If you’re looking for a hotel experience, this isn’t for you. If you’re looking for memories then I would recommend it. It could use some updating but we really enjoyed waking up and sitting up above the restaurant and drinking our coffee while looking out at the beautiful water.
