Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesCheck-out time at 10:00am is a bit early in my opinion. But really the only negative thing was the lady in the office, she was rude, gave me faces then i told her i did not know about the self check-in, handed me instructions with more negative faces. We haven't met anyone else on the property, so if anyone is reading this, please choose your staff with more care.
A rare gem, the room was fully equipped (plates, silverware, corkscrew etc.), cleaned spotless, the shower was spacious and had from mouthwash to conditioner. The pool is big enough for the hotel, more than enough beds and umbrellas, shades even a place to grill. Self check-in was a nice surprise too, we haven't had any problems operating the door, and they left us a parkig permit on the table. The location was very convenient, just a short walk and you'll get from Starbucks to Senor Frogs.

AustraliaThe room/bed is not cleaned every day. The towels are not replaced. Personal washing never dries as the room is damp (even with air con on)
The Nobleton hotel is close to the beach and a few shops/restaurants. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is good. There are enough utensils for only one person.

United StatesThe hotel was an older building and the room was pretty basic. The hotel grounds were a bit run down from age though the rooms were more updated. The cons: The office is not open in the early morning or at night and the only contact I had for check-in and assistance was by phone with woman who didn’t seem very interested or welcoming. That part was unexpected and disappointing. We got an email with checkin instructions the day before. Also, I was told the checkout time was 10 a.m. which is early. My reservation paperwork said 11 a.m. so the phone lady said we could stay until 11 but she acted like she was doing us a favor by allowing it. Maybe their policy has changed so be aware. There was an obstructed view from our first floor room ( blocked by a stairway) but regardless of that we had to keep our drapes closed the entire time for privacy. The bedside lampbulbs flickered the whole time. We asked for a replacement bulb and got one that was even worse—the light flashed like a strobe light and finally we just unplugged it. The room was supposed to have a hairdryer but it did not—I had to call the office for one.
The location was great—very close to the beach, and it was in a nice area with several restaurants within walking distance to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The room was clean, reasonably comfortable, and had some nice amenities like a refrigerator and microwave. The air conditioning worked well.

Great return stay, but no heat for the 2 rooms on a cold night. The manager could not get the heaters to work but did refund $100 per room. All considered, a nice management move during an uncomfortable stay.

CanadaCan't say I didn't like anything as our stay was just 1 night before we left for our cruise the next day. But the grounds needs a bit of an upgrade. The pool seemed like it wasn't cleaned in awhile, but it was very cold the day we arrived and left and I know Florida got a cold front that whole week so it would explain why the pool hasn't been used. Also, at one point the tenant's above us for an hour was using some type of device the vibrated so loud for a good hour. Thank God it stopped before 10pm. Oh, and something that I didn't like was that there is no management onsite if there was a complaint or issue. I find that very weird.
Our room was very spacious and clean. It had a little mini kitchen with a mini fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave. Bathroom was big and clean. It had a cute sitting area with table you can eat at and a couch. I loved how there was big windows but also privacy curtains that covered all the windows. The bed was comfortable and tv was accessible.

United StatesThe king size bed was a bit soft. We were on the second floor with no elevator so it was tricky to get our luggage for the cruise up the outside tiled stairs. Also, there was a notice that the glassware, dishes, etc. were cleaned, but not sanitized so we didn't bother to use them.
We stayed at the Nobleton for two nights before our cruise and this was the first night. The hotel upgraded us to a larger room with a kitchen w/o an extra charge. That was nice, but we booked the second night separately and they didn't connect the two reservations. So, we had to pack up and move to the original category of room that we booked for the second night. We really didn't use the kitchen so it would have been better to have just stayed in the same lower level room for both nights. We booked this location as we wanted to be able to walk to the Bonnet House and Gardens as welll as to the beach. The next morning, we did the 10:00 am tour of the BH&G grounds and rooms which was excellent.
