We were confused on whether or not there was a cleaning service

Firstly, the room was extremely clean and organized. The apartment had absolutely EVERYTHING anyone could ever need in a house, including a fully stocked kitchen with more than enough utensils, pots, and everything in between. They even had games, books, and magazines in the cupboards and drawers around the apartment. The surrounding area is beautiful and has everything, including a market and many restaurants, as well as public transport via shuttle bus stops. The gym and pool are great and there is a game room with many games to enjoy. All around probably a 9.7/10.

3 flights of stairs to the entrance, but that was known from reviews.

Shuttle stop to the mountain is right out the door and takes only 10 min to get to the village/ski area. Well equipped and great communication. Parking spot is reserved for 1 car (no need to go to parking office if only 1 car)

No filtered water system available in the kitchen (sink) and had to buy tons of bottled water. Other than that, we loved the condo and all it had to offer.

Not having covered parking and we did find some hair in both bathrooms and some leftover underwear and socks was left in the washer machine.

The two things I would say weren't the best were the bathrooms needed updated. We had a baby and it was a little difficult bathing her with the older bathtub with the older sliding shower doors put on the side of the bathtub. It was awkward. The other issue we had was the parking for only 1 car for our condo as we had more than 1 car in our group and having no overflow parking nearby for when guests came to our unit.

The property had lots of open room and was very spacious. Clean and well kept and was in a great location.

Was very surprised that no coffee or tea was supplied. I have travelled extensively and this is the first time, I have not found coffee or tea in the unit. Only other problem was a large group of noisy people stomping up and down the stairs outside at 2.30 in the morning which woke us up. Thankfully, this only happened on two of the nights.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Spaciousness of the condo which offered two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Extremely well equipped kitchen with excellent appliances. Living area cosy and overall, a great place to relax and unwind after a days hiking. The hot tub was wonderful too!

The couch and both chairs in the living room lean forward so you feel like you’re falling off. Definitely worn out and need replaced. Also no communication to let us know we would have maintenance sanding/ staining outside our unit front door at 8 am one day and the next day at 9 am having chiming sweeping people coming into our unit! Definitely both were an inconvenience since we were there for our daughter’s wedding and had make up, hair people and photographers in our unit the one morning getting ready!

The unit itself was beautiful as well as the area and location.

Didn't realize the apartment was on the 3rd floor and had a flight of stairs. We had trouble at the check-in because the key box was hard to open.

The property was well located close to the Snowmass Gondola ride and ski lifts. The host provided all the essential supplies. The accommodation was comfortable.

Stairs, hauling suitcases up those stairs not for the weak of heart, especially coming from sea level. Not something anything can be done about just a warning for those who are cardio averse. If I’m being picky master bath outdated but not a major issue. Lighting in bedrooms are by lamps only, again not a big deal.

Great view, great balcony, great location. Pool, jacuzzi and work out area were all small but were fine for our family and right next door to unit. Easy to get to Snowmass village (10 minute walk to the base village or 1-2 minute drive ) and Aspen was about 15 minute drive by car in July. Free shuttles available. Parking spot for one car. Nice space for family of four, living room and kitchen area were great! Condo unit had everything you could possibly need. All in all for the value it was a great place to stay a few nights.

A bit Noicy, you can hear neighbours as if they were with you, when they flush the toilet, when they walk in the middle of the night. Apart from that all was great.

There are a few updates needed specifically to the kitchen - 1) kitchen sink and bar are sinking/tilting so needs to be fixed, 2) kitchen is outdated and could use an update, and 3) ice maker didn't work so a little inconvenient to rely on ice cube trays each day.

The location to the main village and Aspen were great. It was also convenient to have a grocery store within minutes of our place.

Noise rules were overly restrictive. We needed to do laundry after 10 because we were out all day. Not being able to do laundry is silly.

I would let other renters know it’s quite a few stairs. We were okay with the exercise, but people from sea level might not appreciate all the flights up and down.

The beds were amazing, and we appreciated the large size beds. Its location was epic to Snowmass.

Furniture needs replacement. The living room couch and recliner are both tired and broken. The two queen beds both sink in the middle so new mattresses are needed. It needs to be advertised there is no smoking in the whole complex. It is one thing to say no smoking (we would all assume no smoking in the condo) , but unreasonable when it is not advertised there is no smoking on the balconies, in the parking lot, in your car. Unreasonable for guests to assume those restrictions. We went to the hot tub one evening, temperature was about 80 (very disappointed) but heard it was fixed the next day.

The condo has a nice layout, quite and clean.
