Great last minute find - clean rooms with good facilities.

Family owned comfy hotel located in a beautiful valley. we got from the hotel a free pass to the town fitness center + pool, paddle boats on the pond, and the chairlift to go hiking. The rooms are modest but clean and for the price we felt it was very good value for money. The Indian restaurant at the hotel was great and the owners are very nice and accommodating. Thanks

I liked that it was clean and comfortable. The property was dated and the provisions were very few. Had to leave a phone message in order to get service which was not ideal. That said all my questions were returned promptly and I didn’t have to wait long for a helpful answer.

Breakfast could be better. Not many options

Outdated but I love every place in waterville valley!! Home away from home. Freedom passes and enjoyment for all ages!! Spent new years here with my boys after already booking in a room in lincoln that had no entertainment!! I Loved it!!

The continental breakfast could have been better. The cereal was stale and the waffles ran out by 8 am. Otherwise, loved our stay at the snowy owl. Will definitely be back!

Breakfast was nothing special, just toast/bagels, doughnuts, cereal, coffee/tea, fake juice, some fruit. But was OK.

Room did not have a microwave or coffe maker. This could have been offset if the "breakfast" was ok - wasn't expecting much from the continental breakfast. There was no coffee at 7:40am, bagels were very stale. Slim pickings even for my low expectations. Checkin is no earlier than 4pm, and checkout is 10am - so an overnite stay better be quick for you - the policy was no late checkouts w/o a $75/hr additional charge.

Room we choose was one with a sauna. It was comfortable and the sauna worked very well with lots of hot water and good jets.

they say they offer 1 day Freedom pass and then they charge $22 / person in the invoice. I calles to complain that I wasn’t informed about the cost and was told I had to inform in advance they I didn’t want it. this is very sneaky and I feel scammed. never again in this hotel. about the bedroom, the blinds were broken and the blankets very old and not protected in cleaned bags. they looked used. the heating is the AC device and very noisy and not really heating the room.

The hotel is dated and would benefit of a renovation. The breakfast was basic with not many options.

Nice room, friendly staff, centrally located. I enjoyed the Freedom pass that gave us the opportunity to do several activities for free!

Waterville Valley is a beautiful town. Snowy Owl Inn is well situated especially having the town square within walking distance. Many activities and beautiful hikes nearby. The Corcoran pond and fall foliage was stunning!!

Was exactly what we needed for the 2 nights we were in town for a wedding. Was clean & comfortable. Could use some updating but appeared to be in the process. My mom accidentally left her jewelry pouch behind. They called her first thing next morning responding to the message she left the night before. They sent the pouch & it's entire contents to her at their expense😊

The breakfast was a bit sparse; some protein options like yogurt or eggs would be a good addition to the bagels, waffles, bread, other carbs

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff; beautiful interior; comfortable, well-furnished room. The new restaurant has excellent food—I'm rooting for them to succeed as this is a great addition to the area!

The hotel is obviously in need of an overhaul Very old rooms carpets and bathrooms were very old whole room seamed original soon to be worked on new owners !

The only thing we didn't like was breakfast. Huge overload of carbs and sweets. Way too many cheap choices. The coffee was good and plentiful. Could have used two toasters. Toasted selections were good. Packaged oatmeal was yuck. Crock pot would have been better.

Great staff, very friendly front desk. Room was spacious and very clean. Deep jacuzzi tub was a huge bonus. Rooms were quiet even though lodge was full. Staff gave great recommendations for meals.

The room was great, we had the 3rd floor with a kitchenette. Will definitely try to get that type of room again.
