There was no elevator and taking stairs is very hard for me. Also the bed faced a window by the door instead of being in the other side and private

Maid service horrible. Checked in room wasn’t completely ready, had to make our bed. Put to have room clean, they only did garbage and no new sheets of make bed and left dirty towels, and then 3 rd time promised our room would be clean and got no service attended to our room. Very disappointed and discouraged after being promised we wouldn’t be over looked.

Yes, some things are outdated, but again, if you can’t see past that, there’s a brand new holiday inn just a few miles down, lol. I predict the toilets and showers will be updated in the next few years, but other than that, we absolutely love the rooms and the amenities offered.

At Snyder‘s, you are definitely paying for the location and the incredible charm. The customer service is top-notch! Everyone at the front desk is so wonderful, and I truly appreciated the gentleman cleaning each morning; wiping down railings, sanitizing, the ice machines, and sweeping sand. It’s so nice that they have coffee in the morning, the kids toys to borrow for the beach, and the Great pool set up with towels.

Breakfast! It would have been nice to have even a continental style breakfast with coffee, tea, juice and some bagels, pastries and some fruit. I'm not sure there's really a location for such, but it would be nice to have. Parking can also be a challenge with a full house.

The rooms were incredibly spacious! We had a king bed with a couch, a 2 seated table and a dresser and still TONS of room to move about. Of course there was the bed with 2 night stands. It had a very minimal kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge with separate freezer, sink and very limited dishes with soap and a sponge! The new vinyl flooring was nice too! I loved the doorwall that had two rocking chairs and a small table on the patio/balcony (we were on the 1st floor, so call it what you wish).

Small!!! Bathroom is crazy small. Rooms crazy small. Rooms quite expensive for how small they are, the cold morning coffee and no breakfast.

Amazing location and views. Easy to walk downtown and beach. Close to so many other adventures.

There's no elevator and our room was on the second floor. The stairs going up were not protected from the elements. It was raining and water puddled on the steps and it was not a lot of fun trying to get the luggage up and down.

It was a really nice place. We liked the decor. It was just across the street from the park, lake and lighthouse. We loved the location. We were only there for the night, but would like to go back and stay a few days. The kitchenette was definitely a nice touch and the balcony has a great view of the lake.

No towel bar or even a hook for towels except on the back of the door. They lock the lobby until 8am.

Updated rooms and no carpet in the rooms. Comfortable beds.

The spa tub was TOO small!! the outside steps needs to be repainted or stained.The tv (Roku) was complicated.There were no instructions in the room , as to how to use it. The balcony light bulb was burned out.
