Amazing room, very clean, comfortable bed. Light, airy, and spacious. The bathroom had a large choice of beauty products of good quality and featured a hair dryer. You have many good -quality towels and tea and coffee, sufficient for the length of your stay.

Their is no open door, so everything is with code to enter. There is no 24/7 reception, which is scary if you forget your pin to get in or want to check-in early or late. The personnel is very nice and helpful, if you are stuck at the door and they see you, they will help you.

Great location within walking distance of the city centre and to two main metro stations. Comfortable bed and clean ablutions. Useful ironing facilities in room which was good! Fantastic clean communal space in the lobby including fridges to store food, water fountains, coffee machines etc to start your day!

Fire alarm system sounded every morning waking guests up at 5AM and was reported daily yet was not fixed and the 24 hour silencer kept timing out releasing a new set of alarms. Spare disposable cutlery and crockery were not left in public access so sometimes ran out and were therefore unavailable until staff arrived the next morning (0830). This could be a good addition to the ‘essentials’ locker.

Brilliant location which was a reasonable walk to The White House. Looked very pretty from the outside & had plenty of good eating places nearby. Also excellent value for money & wouldn’t hesitate coming back again. Excellent shower as well.

The room was slightly on the small side & the air conditioning was very loud & couldn’t seem to make cooler. The tv remote seemed to be broken & would only turn the tv on or off & couldn’t change channels - wasn’t a major problem as we only used it a short time in the evening.

It's a cute hotel that is very reasonably priced. The rooms were a bit small, but they were very good value for the money. Everything was super clean. The neighbourhood was also quiet and clean, and a bus stops right outside that will take you to Franklin Square, which is close to many places of interest. The staff (Nathan) was very helpful. They have a nice common coffee lounge area, with refrigerators, ice machines, etc. There is a free locker facility downstairs. I needed a bit of an early check in , and they facilitated that with a smile! Will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were a bit small, and the window opened to an inner area, so real opening there. Other than that, everything was perfect!

The shower was leaking, no one was at the reception desk. They double charged me and will not pick up the phone.

It was in a very nice part of DC, very walkable and easy to find. The staff was very helpful. The older gentleman at the front desk desk assisted with my every need and gave me a complimentary Coke.

The A/C in my room did not work. Staying here during the summer was such a bad idea. It made sleeping almost unbearable because i was so hot and sweaty. They gave me a fan to put in my room but that didn’t do too much but push hot air around. One of the nights I was booked to stay I actually ended up finding somewhere else to stay because I was just too hot. There was also no microwave or fridge in the room which absolutely sucked as well.

Great location walking distance to so much and super handy to public transport! Earplugs provided which was helpful.

The air conditioning unit was very very loud, hence the ear plugs. It made it difficult to sleep. There was tea and coffee which was good, it would be great if they were replenished along with the cleans as we stayed a few nights, as well as the cups.

The light in the underground rooms should have been improved if attention is given
