Insulation not great on the windows and it felt like we left them open, that's how well we could hear the cars outside - all night. An alarm went off the first night and kept going until about 6 am the following morning - we had some trouble sleeping with all the noise. Although Sonder provided earplugs, which was appreciated, but plugs are uncomfortable for us so we didn't use them. The balcony door had some issues and could be closed with difficulty so we avoided using it. Also the carpets on the balcony were wet and the outdoor furniture dirty, so we wouldn't have used it anyway. Many strange people in the neighborhood at night, we didn't feel comfortable walking, always used the car to go out.

Wonderful penthouse accommodation, very spacious, comfortable with everything we needed. Enough storage space in the upstairs bedroom (2 closets), one huge bathroom upstairs with shower and tub. Big king sized bed, comfortable. AC worked just fine although quite noisy if left on during the night, we kept it off. Kitchen with everything that was needed and living area with a dining table, desk and sofa - all very useful. Bathroom downstairs with toilet and sink was a great extra. Indoor parking was great too and easy to use - the best so far.

The rugs are so old specially in the bedroom It’s near to expressway and it’s so loud

Beautiful room! Amazing view of the skyline. (And 2 balconies!) Very spacious apartment and the location was perfect. Right next to Emory hospital and a 5 min walk to the fox theatre, which is why I chose to stay here initially. Got lucky and booked a 1br but was upgraded to a 2br loft. Wish I had been able to stay longer!!

Property was clean and quiet. The directions were straightforward and the property was well kept. The ladies working there were amazing and helpful. The apartments were large and the view was amazing. I liked how close we were to both sides of the city.

The only tv was downstairs in the living room. I had to pay an additional $112 for parking 2 nights after paying for on-site parking because my truck wouldn't fit. Some plug-ins would help with the smell when you enter.

I loved the fact that it was very spacious. It's a townhouse penthouse, not one level, so make sure you can climb stairs. Views were awesome. Very clean and comfortable.

both bathrooms had the basins clogged. Also one of the bedroom was very cold compared to the other. The lack of a storage room is also a bit disappointing. I would leave a couple of water bottles in the refrigerator the first night.

The Ph was very well located, the entrance is easy and the building was quite.

I had an issue with my door not locking upon arrival. It was not locking behind me when I left my suite. I contacted Sonder staff via app chat and when I came back the issue was corrected. After that, it was great. I wish there was a zoom in small portable mirror. My vision is horrible and it was difficult to do my makeup in a regular mirror. Other than that, my overall stay was great. I would love to stay again. Maybe try a different location.

The property is beautiful, spacious, with a great city view. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The security system was great. Needed a code to access building and then room.

I stayed in Penthouse #3. The carpeting on the balcony outside one of the bedrooms needs to be replaced. It was coming up and covered in moss and mold. The carpet in the 3rd floor loft had stains, and the wood flooring in the dining area was a little scratched up.

The location was perfect and close to everything! The space was a lot larger than I expected, and well worth it for the price!

This property is surprisingly huge. We only stayed a couple of days but this would be more than comfortable for a mid-long term stay. The balcony has a great view over the skyline which was great to have a beer at night. Location is right off of a MARTA which goes to the airport in 20 minutes

The building is not well maintained. There was water damage throughout the building and the ceiling in the hallway had a leak while we were there.

The bedroom windows were not noise proof , the noise from the highway use to come directly to the bedroom,being a busy highway the room use to be always noisy Housekeeping was also not available.if u needed it then it was available at extra cost.

There were a few flies, we weren't sure where they came from.

The location is the best thing! If you don't mind walking, it's about 20 minutes from everything to see as a tourist! If you want to drive, it's literally 5 minutes away from main attractions and it's in the center of everything! The place was so spacious, and the view was incredible. Everything is provided for you and you don't have to worry about contacting anyone or waiting for replies because they have a replenishing station for you to help yourself as well.
