Whole Foods should be 24 hours they would make so much money

Great space and amenities!

The room was a little stale but other than the slight smell everything was great !

Loved the furnishings and layout of the room. Amenities like the pool and grocery store near by were amazing. Bathroom had everything I hoped for. Closet had washing machine and dryer with pods to do a load. The bed itself was very comfortable mattress. Great pillows.

The AC did not turn on. Barley a bit of air came on mid way during the night. The sheets were plastic-y feeling and very sweaty. Had trouble finding how to get the fob to get inside the building. Once I had the verification via the Sonder App it went much smoother.

Awesome place! It was even better than I expected! The spaces were large, the furniture felt brand new, the A/C worked perfectly and everything was absolutely beautiful. I could have stayed there forever!

Great location, nice pool. Good amenities inside the room

No staff on premises. Code didn't work to access room when we first got in. Had to sit outside the room for 30 min waiting to het resolved over the phone. The phone assistant was not very knowledgeable

The room is beautiful with a big space and a high ceiling! It's very comfortable! Also nice and clean. The staff are great they are very helpful, and good location.

Plenty of room space for living room and kitchen for our families. It’s very clean for each room. We pretty enjoy to stay in Sonder.

There was very little that I liked about this place. I can't recommend it.

This place, the Sonder, in Tempe, AZ has a shabby dystopian/utilitarian vibe. You never deal with a person, even the app isn't set up to deal with human beings. The hotel room showed signs of wear--the base boards were chipped, flakes of paint and particle board had already fallen off. The sink, when I arrived, was filthy--something, I don't know what, left white stains all over its surface. There was something about the size of an olive (but not an olive) dead--whether animal or vegetable, I'm not sure, but rigor mortis had passed--under the stools at the counter. I used one of the kitchen towels to pick it up and throw it in the trash. I woke up every night itching madly, and now I'm terrified I may have brought home bed bugs from my stay there. Oh, and they have privacy blinds but no black out blinds, so the light from the pool area and from the building shone down into my bedroom, making sleep almost impossible. The bed, lumpy and far too soft, ensured I got no deep sleep.

Beautiful well located property with great amenities and responsive staff. Love that Whole Foods is in the building.

That you have to pay additional for parking and it’s expensive

Instructions to find how to retrieve the keys can be better. I had a very tough time finding the vault to retrieve the key.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Tempe Arizona. The apartment was spacious and each room had plenty of storage space. The entertainment room was equipped with plenty of games.

Train is loud-however it does not run that often.

I liked the kitchen, haveing washer and driver, bathtub, WholeFoods downstairs.

Incredibly noisy street. Lots of cars gunning with street modifications so they sounded like gunshots, fireworks, or Big Rigs. All night long. Also lots of emergency vehicles and there was no sound mitigation. Other than a pair of earplugs left by the bed. I opened the window and it would not shut. No onsite help in the evening so I had to sleep with all that noise even louder for the whole night, then they left a memo like it was my failing that I could not get the window shut rather than their failing to know the problem and the solution and provide it to me when called.

The only gripe was that there were no blackout curtains and the roller blinds let in light all night.

it was close to everything. Restaurants, coffee, shops, grocery stores. The pool is fantastic as well as the hot tub.
