The heating system was unable to be turned on yet due to being between seasons and we were extremely cold.

Had a full kitchen and dishes to use, plenty of space and nearly everything you could need.

The location is a little sketchy and the construction, which was no fault of the hotel, was inconvenient. Paying for parking was also an added expense.

Location was horrible, it was under construction when we went. We circled around about three times trying to figure out where to park.

The building was in the center of a loud, dusty construction area. Not the hotel's fault, but I definitely would have chosen another hotel if I'd known.

Nothing against the apartment, but there is construction in the neighborhood when we were there. It could get noisy and dusty.

The staff was professional and very friendly. They had secure luggage storage that helped us during our stay in Minneapolis/St. Paul. Rooms are comfortable and well stocked with all appliances

The only thing I did not like was that there wasn't a TV in the bedroom. There was a TV but it was in the living room. As a person who needs the TV on to fall asleep that was a problem for me, but not everyone needs or cares if there's a TV in their bedroom. There is also currently a lot of downtown construction going on next to the hotel. It should be done by the end of the year though. They are putting in new pipes underground.

I loved the privacy of the 1 bedroom apartment style room. There were 3 of us and we each had an area to ourselves. Two of us are a couple and had the bedroom, which had its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. Our friend had the comfortable fold out couch in the living room/kitchen area which also had its own full bathroom. We didn't use the balcony, but it had one with a table and 6 chairs. The place also has a laundry room and a fitness room. I would totally recommend this place. Also The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There was construction all around the hotel. No one greeted us. I really did not like that I had to submit my ID online. This felt strange and unsafe. I would rather do it at check-in with a person.

air conditioning wasn't functioning very well for first two days. the price was higher now that it's a Marriott and then dropped after I booked $146 and the supposed $100 travel credit from Booking.com is still being "verified" and I checked out a week ago! What gives with that?

Money saved by staying here will be spent on parking. Parking is not included with the booking despite some conflicting information online. Room could have been cleaner--found a receipt in the door of the refrigerator.

The staff was nice and the building was cute. Coffee bar is included with your stay. Front desk staffed all day. No contact check-in and check-out.

Check-in was painful as the remote check in app didn't work well with my phone camera and online customer support was not responsive. It appears to be related to fact that Marriott bought the property and systems are in the middle of being integrated (?). It ended up taking 90 minutes to get access!

It was a nice clean room with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and good wifi; the (minimal) staff were helpful.

Halls and elevators not as clean as when I was there in December. Halls were being painted so fans ran all the time. There should be a door on laundry room or hours at which washer/dryer are available. Someone dried a noisy load for several hours late at night.

Unfortunately, there was a water valve leak. The fire department was called and it was a very nearby room. We had a very minor water intrusion. It was well handled, even with multiple checks into our room. It was a little unnerving.

The apartment style was great. I also felt very safe. We have reservations here again in July. We are looking forward to returning.

Someone ( not sure if it was a staff member) budged into my room without knocking. Luckily, I had the deadbolt on. As a solo traveler, I was really terrified.

Parking doesn't need to work something out with this public radio station next door but I can utilize their parking lot too.

I really like the concept of the interior design how things are processed, much kudos to the interior designer good job 👍

Balcony was grimy. Table there was dusty. We had one chance to use the balcony and this state ruined it.

I was hot in the room, and the thermostat didn't get to temperature i liked, I woke up and room was even hotter than when I started
