The door code mechanism was intermittent, needed to try many times whether manually entering code and using the app.

It was so dark in there - very little (dark) single light in main area and bedroom. It was difficult to enjoy it without feeling like falling asleep. Shower pressure was awful, non-existent.

We had some trouble with the parking fob, and the spot is on the 7th floor. We only stayed one night so it was fine, but if you are going in and out frequently it could be annoying. There is one bathroom in the apartment, and it's only accessible via the the bedroom - a bit inconvenient since we had 3 people and she had to wait for us to get up etc. to be able to use the bathroom. Check-in is a bit late (4pm) and you need to pay to get in earlier.

A large apartment with full kitchen and two large beds inside a luxury apartment complex. Great views as well from the 13th floor. You could spend a week here very comfortably. There is even a Snooze downstairs for breakfast :) Location is good with nice area of breweries and restaurants nearby. Paid parking in the garage. Check-in system with the door codes was easy enough and you don't have to contact anyone upon arriving.

First room, not the room l booked, no shower seat for 5 days... I am an amputee, it was hard. Trouble with my car park & respondent to open main door.

My second room, much better... The room l had booked but it did not go through with booking.com, sadly! Shower chair.. Car park sorted. Money returned, thank you

Bed could be a bit more comfortable. Parking spot is on a 7th floor. Be ready to follow all the instructions carefully.

I think you should be able to recover what you forget in the room after check out. Staff representation. The bathroom needed to be Detailed. Bed should be hotel stay quality. I'm not camping.

Centrally located. Good night life activity, 40 something. Lots of construction happening. Public transport close. Breakfast lunch on site. Hotel alt and stadium close by.

The shower wasn't the best - long time to come hot, modest pressure and limited temperature control. Lack of drawer space for storing clothes, unless the drawers under the TV were used.

Finding car lockbox, and then finding code for returning responder. Needed to call after trying to chat within app, and going through all of the emails.

Door codes made it very convenient for the whole family to enter/exit. No keys/cards to lose.

Minor points - shower water pressure is low - parking on 7th floor (going in circles 6x just to get in/out) - no frying pan to use stove (thankfully there’s microwave for frozen meals)

The instructions for checkin did not include the box number to retrieve the parking tag. A visual for what the tag looks like should be included in the email sent. The parking tag was in the box but it was not plastic it was paper.

there was a good amount of walking from the parking space (level 7) to our unit on the 13 floor - so if walking is an issue this place isn’t for you.

great downtown place to stay spacious apartment 1-bed, kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils & extra dishwasher, laundry & cleaning items. the self-guided checkin was a breeze & easy to use. I had been concerned about checking in as there were many complaints about it. but I downloaded the Sonder app & used the chat feature to get information from Sonder & it worked really well.

The baseboards were sticky and collected dust. Made the room look really gross and there was no access to filtered water. There was a really nice fridge but no water source aside from tap water.

Cute room with a nice view. Supplied dishwasher and laundry soap. The bed was amazing! Pool and lounge were really comfortable and everyone was super friendly.
