It was clean in a central location with a lot of amenities around it. The bar upstairs has a great view, there is a small gym and there is a really nice pool.

Handicap room... should have come back down and requested a different room. Mainly did not prefer the attached room and handicap shower. Other than that no complaints

If you're going to Austin to be in / around Lake Travis, this is a great launching point. Hotel is lovely and rooms are clean / comfortable. Highly recommend!

Food was average. I suggest beefing up your bar food menu with some tastier savories. I did enjoy the outside sitting area and cocktails. Wait staff was also very attentive.

Breakfast hours shouldn't be posted if no breakfast restaurant is available. I'm not sure if this hotel mentions that parking will incur a cost.

I had an enjoyable overnight stay at this hotel. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. I asked for, and received, a very quiet room (341). The hotel, and specifically my room, was clean, well tended, and nicely appointed. My bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were just right -- not too hard and not too soft. The bathroom was spotless, with a spacious shower and fragrant toiletries. The T.V. worked without problems. Breakfast hours were posted, but no breakfast restaurant was open, only a Grab and Go snack room, which did offer hot drinks in the morning. (Note that many restaurants and a Whole Foods are only several blocks away.) I didn't use the pool or fitness room, so I can't comment on those facilities. Note that hotel parking is $20.00 per day. All in all, a pleasant, quiet stay, which is exactly what I wanted.

Location was perfect for my visit with good food and shopping nearby. Underground parking and secure access to floors and rooms was safe and secure. Lovely views from the top floor restaurant and bar. Nice amenities.

There wasn’t a proper restaurant for breakfast. Just a Grab & Go facility with some fattening options.

It was near the lovely Bee Cave Hill country Galleria which had restaurants , a supermarket & Amy’s Ice cream parlour. The bathroom was modern.

I love the location of this property, we were able to walk or take the free van to shopping and restaurants. The bar on the top floor of the hotel is nice and has a beautiful view.

A little disappointed at the quality of the room, the water leaked out of the shower door, some of the towels were dirty.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the bed and pillows were very comfy - (slept so well!) and overall it was a quiet location. The pool looked nice, but unfortunately it was raining during our stay so we couldn't make use of it.

The room could have been better for the price. There was a yellow spot on one of the white comforters on the bed. The shower handle was not working properly. It was very difficult to turn the shower off and on. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room. When traveling with children, it’s not always feasible to go down to the lobby to use the microwave. The room was booked for 4 occupants. It was disappointing that there was only enough towels for 2 people in the room. We arrived late and had to call for more towels. We could never get the WiFi to work on our devices.

Beautiful property and great location. The staff were all super friendly and all were smiling. The pool was really nice. We liked that there were complimentary pool towels. The complimentary breakfast on Sunday was absolutely delicious and a nice surprise.

The breakfast bar options in the popup kiosk in the lobby were disappointing. Free coffee was nice, but nothing looked appetizing and sort of reminded me of options at a local gas station. Would be better to just have items in the on site store and the coffee, not try to call it a breakfast. I felt sorry for the friendly staff member who was working in the kiosk. There was no where to sit and eat that I saw except the lobby couches or take back to the room.

The location was convenient for the business I had in the area. Parking was convenient. I wish there were an EV charger other than Tesla, but found a ChargePoint point site within walking distance I could use. The "free" charger at the Whole Foods across the street was in terrible disrepair and apparently hasn't worked for months so staff needs to know not to recommend it to clients. The Galleria shopping area had several good dining options. I didn't check out the hotel restaurant. Also nice to have a close movie theater for an evening entertainment away from the hotel close enough to walk if desired (or a 2 minute drive with closer parking).

The mattresses in my room were not comfortable because the head of the mattress sloped down. We had to get extra pillows to keep our heads up.

Staff was helpful, friendly and responsive; every area was clean and smelled good; lobby and outside area was beautiful and quiet.
