Soft spots on floors. Carpet is aged. Couldn't get the answering machine light off. Called the front desk and thet said they would take care of it but it was still on in the morning.

The building outside & in could use some renovating. Window screens not fully attached & some missing. Some door frames especially in bathroom are in need of repair. One outside door at times didn’t shut tight & other times was stuck & I couldn’t open it.

Understanding the property is old it is still clean & the temperature was easy to maintain. Full size refrigerator is nice. Also the grounds are well taken care of.

waterstain on the closet door near bathroom, no hangers in any closets, the carpet was frayed in a couple corners (pets?); biggest thing was first floor windows had screens that looked to have been pulled open from the outside and were bent. Be sure to lock the windows at night (one window was unlocked when I got there). Or ask for 2nd / 3rd floor room.

Big room, refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, sink, some plates and a few pieces of silverware, 2 closets for coats / clothes, comfortable bed, AC worked well.

Essentially the place is an extended stay. When walking in out of our suite, there were always a ton of people sitting in the sidewalk in chairs and there was a ton of kids playing around. Also, when walking out, the people next to us would be out smoking weed. Overall, it was a lot of activity going on that made you feel like you were in a neighborhood.

The room we had was great considering we expected to be in a smaller suite. The 2bd loft was super spacious and it had everything we needed. The living area was really cute and had it been cold, we would have loved using the fireplace.

The staff was nice at check-in. The room stunk like BO. Dirty carpet. Cigaret burns everywhere. Makeup on bedding. A patch in the bathtub. Not at all a good room.

They charged my room before i got there ( which was not apart of the agreement) , then when the charge had an era they canceled my room. I only got a room because another person who was having check in problems canceled their room. Plus they provided me with one towel , that i had to walk all the way to the front office to exchange.

The only thing that saved this trip for me was the staff person that took care of my booking . The process of checking in and confirming my room was hell . The staff member at the front desk was nice , however she doesnt run the company and she did all she can do . I dont think i will ever book here again .

AC in room didn't work, room was 75, best it got was 73 all night. Towels were paper thin and there were not coffee cups for coffee though a coffee pot was provided.

Old and run down, lots of things falling apart and a musty smell. We also had no towels and when we went to go ask for them we were told there were some in the wash and they’d call us when they were ready and we could come back to pick them up. We waited over an hour and then went back to get some. They said oh ya here ya go. Not happy with the service.

It was convenient to where we were going and lots of restaurants nearby

Room was hot on arrival, ac was not on and took hours to cool down. USB port and lamp had broken receptacle and not working. N

Water pressure was down to a drip in one bathroom sink, multiple outlets did not work, at all including not holding a plug appropriately. Notnsure the space was actually cleaned, just tidied up before check in. Dirty dishes still in the dishwasher, kitchen faucet loose from sink, etc
